My 10 points for all as it’s a really wonderful hotel! All was perfect, starting with hospitable check-in, accompanied with a glass of Prosecco, provided by charming Paola, continuing complimentary chocolates in the room and ending the general positive impressions from the Amadria and its services. We arrived really early (11 a.m.) but were given a nice corner room with a sea and patio view, equipped all necessary things (a cattle, free water, tea, coffee, robes for going to beach etc.)The hotel is the only one in Opatija with separate access to the sea. Swimming was very comfortable, deck chairs were convenient, we really enjoyed relaxing! The staff was very positive and helpful, thanks to Paola for early check-in and Anna-Marija for help in reserving a table at “Bevanda”. And special thanks for the souvenir after check-out! We will definitely come again!

The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much and they bent over backwards to help us. The hotel itself was lovely and the food was delicious. I had a divine steak in the hotel restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony and sea view.

The only thing was that the sea "pool" is right by a little harbour with boats coming in and out. We made some recommendations about easier access into the sea and non-slip flooring in the showers and they were really appreciative of the feedback.

Above all, the staff! Particularly-Paula, who not only made us feel completely at home and in her personal care, but helped us above and beyond her responsibility. From last minute dinner reservations to giving us historical and geographical context for Opatija and the region, not to mention days of work tying to locate our lost phone and shipping it to us. Her capability and energy cannot be matched. People make all the difference in hospitality, and Amadria Park Royal is a better place because of her work ethics and personality!

Great breakfast, spacious private beach and - what is the most important - friendly and always ready to help hotel staff.

Sunbeds - I know there is a limited number of them but in my opinion it should be clearly explained to the guests when they can rent one. It is confusing to hear that there are no sunbeds available when you see ~80% of them free at 9-10AM. Space for improvement here.

The staff was extremly helpful and kind. The rooms were elegant and the handwrited welcoming note was really special. The breakfast was varied and nicely presented. The rooms have a wonderful view of the sea. All the furniture was beautiful, they matched each other in style. The staff provided some refreshments for the traveling home. I will choose this hotel again next time. 10/10 :)

I liked everything.

Me and my wife went to Amadria Park Hotel Royal in beautiful Opatija to celebrate her birthday. I communicated that to hotel staff and they prepared her beautiful surprise waiting for us in the room (cake with candle, champagne, fresh oranges juice and nice note with best wishes). No need to mention that we were thrilled! The entire hotel staff, from reception to kitchen staff and cleaning lady are very very professional and helpful, and we felt welcome on every step in the hotel! Hotel itself as well as rooms are really clean, sea view is beautiful (you see entire Kvarner bay from room), and breakfast is perfect! everything was perfect during our two day stay and we are looking forward to returning in Amadria Park Hotel Royal!

Great hotel with super amazing people! If you need anything, just ask and they will do their best to help you. Plus underground parking, good and interesting breakfast with different choices (ask for the espresso or cappuccino), room with balcony is excellent and s.o. If you need massage, you can book it in sister-hotel next to Royal. And last but not least - small box of very good chocolate candies as a welcome gift + welcome drink:). Thank you!

I liked the view from the suite, large balcony on two sides, arrangement of the room, good selection for breakfast, parking that is accessible through elevator.

There should be more electrical outlets in the room, since theses days every one of us has multiple electronical gadgets to "feed" with electricity.

Everything was perfect! The location is 10/10 since it's basically in the city centre. Great breakfast with many options in beautiful dining area. Stuff is really friendly and helpful. We loved the "little" things they do for you - for example a glass of prosecco when you arrive.. also a bottle of water and chocolate in the room. We felt very welcomed. Room is clean, spacious and beautiful.
