An extraordinary accommodation. Located in the heart of the city, at the same time quiet, modern, clean, equipped with everything necessary. The public parking lot is three minutes away. The staff is exceptional, especially the friendly and professional Sara. All recommendations.

We had a late arrival but the hosts made it easy for us to check in. They were super accommodating and kind, and the apartment was absolutely perfect! Great location, comfy beds, and a convenient layout for three people.

Loved everything about our stay!

We stayed in apartment 1 which was on the main path but it was quiet and secure. The staff were welcoming and got us into our room quicker than the check in time which was great. We left our bags in the secure lobby so we didn't have to carry them after we checked out. The room itself was spacious, double bed, small table and chairs, kitchen area with bowls/plates etc and a dishwasher and TV although we didn't use that. Room had Aircon and blackout curtains so it was comfortable for sleeping and not being woken early. Bathroom was a good size, towels and wash stuff provided Coffee and croissants were provided in the courtyard in the morning.

It was all about the location! The neighborhood was very nice and walkable - with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife just a block away. This one-night stay very much enhanced our stay in Split. After a couple of days wandering around the bustling, hectic port area, it was a pleasant surprise to be in this human-scale and friendly environment.

Parking might be an issue (we didn't have a car). Check in was a little mysterious. I didn't receive responses when trying to contact reception re: early check in. But when we decided to just show up, there was somebody there to let us in.

Very nice studio apartment in a great location in the pedestrian zone, with everything in the old city just a short walk away. It is in a relatively quiet area, and we slept really well. We travelled by car, so parked in the public parking lot a few hundred meters away. Our first floor studio apartment with balcony was nice and clean, with well-functioning air conditioning and a comfortable double bed and pull out coach for our teenage daughter. It was very hot, so we didn't actually use the balcony, but it is probably nice on somewhat cooler days. Communication was very detalled, with lots of messages both on booking.com and WhatsApp. Almost a little too much, but very friendly and open to questions. Answers came promptly.

The kitchen could be somewhat better kitted out. We only used it for breakfast, so managed ok, but we missed a coffee maker, cafetiere or reusable filter. They did have coffee in the courtyard in the morning, but the taste wasn't quite our preference. They also served mini-croissants, which was a nice touch. Supply of cutlery in the kitchen was limited too, only three sets of forks and knives, as far as I could see.

Clean with everything you need. Aircon worked really well. Terrace was our favourite part. Beautiful hosts who responded quickly to all our needs. Light breakfasts provided in the morning was a lovely touch, made us feel at home. Would definitely book here again!

The layout of our apartment was a little difficult to manoeuvre as the stairs were quite narrow so we couldn’t bring our suitcases upstairs, but otherwise no issues. We all agreed we would have preferred a washing machine in the space instead of a dishwasher.

First of all, the staff is great. Especially Sara, who helped us a lot with advices, even with the parking. The other two ladies were very nice too. Comfy beds. Everything was clean. The location is great! Close to everything you need to see in Split. Even though we didn't had any breakfast, every morning they gave us cofee (beside the cofee we had in the apartments) and croissants. We booked one night, but after a few hours we decided to stay for another night, into an another apartment, a bigger one, with a great terrace. The one we booked with Booking was also great, with a balcony, wich was great for us, because we are smokers. Also, the parking lot is just 2-3 minutes from Korta. We paid 12 euros/night for the parking spot. You can pay hourly on the machine, or you can go next morning to your car and you will find a paper in your windshield. You take it and go pay to the postoffice situated close to the parking lot. Split was great and our stay at Korta was also great. We plan to come back in 2 or 3 years.

We liked everything!

Sara and Jelena were really helpful prior to our stay sending pictures of the property and check in details both via booking.com and WhatsApp. Sara also answered our query on ferry departures for our onward travel. We stayed in Apartment 11, it was a generous size and included a kitchen ( tea, coffee etc included) with a fridge and even a dishwasher with tablets. The bed was really comfortable for someone with a bad back. The TV included netflix which was a bonus. The bathroom was a generous size and included products. We enjoyed using the table and chairs outside our room on the terrace. The apartment was a 10 min walk to the waterfront.

The WiFi in the room was patchy. Above our room was a balcony and it was a bit noisy with people going back and forth. It would be good to include on the welcome message about how to get to the apartment from bus/ train/ airport and costs.

Honestly, this was the best guesthouse I stayed at during my trip to Croatia. The location was excellent, just a two-minute walk to the center. I booked just a day before checking in, and it cost 75 euros. But once I got there, I realized that during this season, a night usually costs 260 euros. It’s definitely pricey, but for 75 euros, it was an amazing deal. In fact, these were the only apartments I stayed in during this trip where everything was new and clean, and I didn’t mind being there at all—I slept really well.

It was well located, very clean and comfortable. The staff were delightful and the communication was excellent.
