Location is excellent. We had front room overlooking harbor. Beautiful view. But.....

Parking if hav a car is quite a walk. Had trouble finding parking area as sign over grown with vines and painted with graffiti. Could not see at all. They did trim vines when were told of. Still painted over so will need more time to fix. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable. Our air conditioner did not work. We were 3rd floor...all steps...and even with windows open it was warm. Hard to find. Says Kastel 1700...not as listed. End of an alley and lots of steps up to. I went out once in morn and back up to end of day.

The location is in the historical building in the very city center. There was a nice sea view from our window, but the window itself was a bit small. The buffet breakfast was good, and it is possible to order it for particular day - so you can choose if you would like to have breakfast in the hotel or explore the many cafes nearby. The room was small, but with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. It was warm and cosy stay.

It seems not like the issue of the hotel, but the historical wall is a home for some birds. Early in the morning they were quite noisy because they seem to live closer to ventilation of our room, but it wasn't a big issue.

The location is super good, very close to center of Split, main bus terminal, train station, and boat habour. There are hundreds restaurants, cafe's, supermarket and various stores around. There is a small kitchen in my room, convenient if cook something simply.

Towel provided is quite limited. However I got extra towels when I asked at reception. If kitchen can provide a combi-microwave, will be even better. I didn't see the beach very close to this room. We visited Beach Plaza Jezinac, which is quite far (by walk) and not so nice.

The location couldn’t be better, and even tho it is in city centre it is very quiet in the rooms. The stuff was very welcoming, nice and friendly - i had a really good chat! I can definitely recommend it. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but all you needed and various.

No elevator - so think how big your suitcase should be! I need to stay the stuff also helped us also with that.

The location was amazing with a fantastic view of the waterfront from the window. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Organized a pick up from the airport to hotel and Helping us carry our luggage up the stairs. Would highly recommend.

The central location and modern room with a view overlooking the square. Being met at the taxi and taken to the hotel, help to get suitcase up to the room. Clean modern room with kitchenette and only about 80m from the sea front. Charming, modern, everything worked well.

it’s quite hard to find especially if you are tired like I was but once I found it , all was well There is no lift which wasn’t a problem for me & I was just there as a stop over the room & bathroom was spacious , clean & very comfortable It’s perfectly located & I would stay again

Staff were amazing, allowed us to check in early and gave us an awesome sea view room looking straight across the harbour. Super clean and comfortable. Let us store luggage after check out. Great stay all round. 5 stars!

Excellent location, in the heart of old Town, next to historical locations and Marina. My 85 old mother was able to enjoy the charm of old city because of the B&B 's location. Rooms are comfortable and clean and staff is friendly and responsive.

Can't think of anything negative.

Good location to bus,ferry and waterfront.Lovely old building,room modern and comfortable.High quality bedding,linen and towels.Views over a busy square ,Poet Statue.

Fair amount of noise from people outside,but to be expected from this great location.
