We loved the area, and the pool. The staff were pretty friendly and gave recommendations for first time visitors. Drinks were my favorite part tho. Also recommend visiting the office above the reception for the booking some of the free shuttle to the beach and city we had a short time to do as much as we could and they staff definitelyhelped with putting together a plan of what our options were.

When we arrived we were able to check in pretty easily and were given our keys and beach towels and a brief about the amenities but we had to find our own way to the room. It didn't take to long but when you fresh off a plan with sweaters and luggage walking around lost can be annoying. Out of our 6 day stay that is my only complaint

The property is huge w several options for dining. The staff are very friendly. The location wasnt far from downtown Willemstaad. The food was tasty.

No carts or assistance to get to your room. Thank goodness our room was close by reception and on ground level because theres no elevators. Because we were visiting on the off season, all the attractions werent open and/or available.

The areas and facilities were clean, but some areas were out of service or lacking maintenance. The staff treatment was FABULOUS! The service was great in every way. It is a great option for traveling with children.

The food is terrible. There are no options at the buffet. There are no varieties. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They do not allow you to request snacks during the hours the buffet is open. Since only people who pay for the day pass can order. Which is absurd. You are obliged to eat between 12pm and 2pm only from the buffet.

I would have liked a greater variety and variation in the food menus offered. Other than that it was great.

Clean room , variety of foods and beverages , pools and restaurants very close to rooms . New towels and toiletries each day . Nice patio sliding door off room . Staff were helpful and kind . Loved the salads and all the pastas , and the BBQ where you go get meat and can cook what you want was very neat . Pizza was huge . Iced coffees were delicious . Scenery and trees very nature like .

Great family resort with excellent pools, food & drinks, 2 amusement rides and every night entertainment. Unfortunately our daughter tested positive for covid19 but the staff reacted very nicely. We immediately got a separate room for her and they ensured we had all facilities to take care for her. Many thanks, especially to Caroline the manager and Ed, the senior employee who was so involved and kind. Top crew, thank you!

The location is quite remote and taxis are expensive so the location fits best if you plan to spend most of your time on the resort itself like we did. Taxis are reliable fortunately so we did visited Willemstad and a nice beach nearby.

the little rat that was in my room, and that the you cant take the meal to the room the time to get some meal or breakfast or lunch is short.

Gym facilities was great. pool area/playground was great apartments great

Food and drinks in the all inclusive was really poor. Dutch food/fried food sucken. Service was good but very slow.
