Nice and central and easy to get to everything. Staff were patient and helped us navigate around. Breakfast variety was great and facilities were great. Vending machining the hotel were convenient and easy to access. Shower had amazing pressure.

Laundry was a little difficult as the drying option on the washer/dryers didn't dry the clothes well and left the clothing smelly, however, we could hang up to dry in the bathroom. The room was tight space wise but expected with 3 people staying. It served it's purpose. Also couldn't connect phone to TV mirroring - minor inconvenience.

Wide beds (two doubles in the twin room), good wifi, alarm clock/air conditioning, great water pressure in showers, tea facilities, free toiletries (as many as you want), nice sitting area. The hotel was close to the Nagoya castle (1km walk), tower (600m) and Oasis 21 shopping centre as well as heaps of restaurant strips and only two stations away from the CBD (we walked it). Close to lots of mini marts. Excellent position if you want to want to go out at night.

Our room was facing the main road so you could hear the traffic. Breakfast was not very continental .. few choices… it was mainly cooked noodles, curry etc which we are not used to.

Nice and clean hotel, with good cost performance in the area, especially with the breakfast included (classic morning buffet). We used twin rooms with young children, and it was a smooth stay. The room was on the second floor, and instead of usual window, they set instead a wall with a tree like a small garden, for more privacy. It was good idea and looking great, especially at night with the light up.

Not a real issue, but we hoped to be able to use the coin laundry within the hotel, but the 3 machines were never available since our arrival (maybe another group using intensively)

This is a well run hotel. It's spotlessly clean and really quiet. I liked that you could open a window to let in fresh air. There are lots of good quality toiletries and one of the few hotels that had a late 11am checkout. No problem storing luggage for free either before or after your stay. It's quite central to Everton and not far from 2 subway stations. Nagoya station is a short 30-minute walk up the road.

There is nothing wrong with any of the facilities. I arrived of a train 40 minutes before the actual check-in time, and they made no allowances to check in early. They wanted to charge me 1000 yen for 40 minutes. The girl just looked at me and didn't even offer to see if management could check to see if my room was ready. Instead, she said it was being cleaned. I looked at my watch and said, "Now?". I think she realised what a silly comment this was. This was not a good introduction to staying here. Certain staff need a bit more diplomacy.

the Hotel was new n rooms were clean. The staff was friendly n spoke English. All amenities are provided. Its about 3-4 blocks from Sakae (5-10mins walk). Its slightly off the grid from the Sakae main bus terminal (oasis 21) but once you get your bearings right (we had a map plus we used google) - its 15 mins walk or about 5 -6 blocks away. Just outside the hotel is a subwsy station which line passes to Nagoya main station . all very convenient once you get your bearings right 😀

A little off the grid of the cluster of hotels in Sakae (by 1-2 blocks) but no issues at all as the hotel is clean n nice.

So so location, about a 7 minutes walk from a train station. Lots of late night food offerings in the area. Small but clean and comfortable room. I accidentally handed an extra 10,000JPY bill when paying, the staff didn't notice at first and I thought I had just dropped the money. But, they were kind enough to notice the next morning and rectified the mistake upon check out.

Self service amenities which you had to pick up by the lift, things like toothbrush, comb and moisturiser. Maybe it was a left over covid measure?

I had a very positive experience during my stay: Room cleanliness and facilities: The room was spotless, and the amenities were of great quality. I especially appreciated the hanger stand, as it provided ample space to hang clothes, which is often lacking in other hotels. Lobby workspace: The lobby area is ideal for those needing to work on their computer. For a small fee, you get access to a comfortable workspace and a self-service drink bar, which is a nice touch. Value for money: Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for the price.

Nothing I did not like

The room was so comfy and cozy. We stayed for 7 nights and feel so happy when we've got back to the hotel in the end of the day. They have ice maker, microwave, coin laundry and vending machine for drink on 2nd floor which is common area. Amenities in room was replaced everyday because we didn't put a sign to clean the room. The best part is we could grab coffee and tea bag at amenities bar on the lobby, so do the other stuffs like razers, face washes, combs, body scrubbers and etc. Nearby the hotel, there are 2-3 convenience stores you could reached in 2-3 mins by walking. The neighborhood was so peaceful and not noisy at all. Me and my boyfriend really happy for this stay.

The location was a little far from subway station (Sakae Stn.). It took about 15-20 mins by my walking speed, if you're faster than me, might be no problem. Lack of restaurants nearby, only a few choices. Have to walk to Sakae for more options of shops and restaurants.

We loved this hotel, the reception was clean, spacious and welcoming and in sn easy to access area with good transport links. There were so many facilities that we didn't know we needed such as the tv indicating whether the breakfast room was full or if the laundry machines were being used! There were modern, clean, light and spacious rooms with access to toiletries you might need or have forgotten to bring with you. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and staff were on hand if needed.

Honestly can't think of anything and would stay here again!!
