The room was smallish, comfortable, relaxing and no frills. It had what I needed to work and was close to many restaurants, cafes and public transportation. Price point was very good. For a night or two, this is a good deal.
As with most big cities in Japan, parking is a premium--1800 yen a day is about right so It's not really a complaint, nor the hotel's fault. It is the price of staying in a big city so factor it in.

It was a great stay. Comfort and cleanliness was excellent and it's very close to many popular sites and shopping areas such as Oasis 21. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a Ladys’ room which was extremely clean. I loved it. The staffs are all so nice and friendly. And I had everything nearby(restaurants, shops, cafés, pharmacies etc.).
I couldn’t open the window.

This time my 2nd stay, much, much better than before, last moment I booked, mistakenly I book female room, wow staff are so nice and very kind they upgrade my room and change as per their policy. Strongly recommend.

Very clean and prompt. Maybe I'm not familiar with hotels in Nagoya, but a fair bit bigger than the business hotels in used to.

10 min walk from the train.. Very near the mall though theres a lot of cosplayers at night. The hotel is very comfortable though

About there coffee station. it’ s better to set another place. A place that anyone or new guest cannot see!
