The location is conveniently close to Oasis 21, Chubu Mirai Tower and other shopping/restaurant centers . The Nagoya Castle is within 25 minutes of walking. There is a luggage storage service. I stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out which was very convenient. There are many amenities one can choose, including pillow. Small public bath is a great bonus as a place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There was free ice pop one can enjoy after the hot bath.

One bad female staff member at the front desk. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with "What?", Instead of the usual... Anything polite. So confused, I started over with "hello!". Response: "... Uhm, what?" This continued with extremely uncomfortable conversation and basically accusatory language. Something definitely wrong with this one staff member. Other than that, this hotel was excellent in every way.

Impeccably clean business hotel in central Nagoya location. Good air-conditioning and quiet. Reasonable buffet breakfast with salad, Japanese and English food, and plenty of fruit juices, coffee etc.

Room size is as expected for a Japanese business hotel - small, but this didn't cause me a problem.

Great business/short stay hotel. Onsen on the top floor plus great view of the city. Plenty of extra for your room from reception. Central city location. Usually stay here went staying in Nagoya

The space between the bed and the little desk was very little with no room for any movement when sitting on the big chair. Also there is not any electric plug in the bathroom. Anyway these little things apart the place is very good.

Location is really close from "Sakae Station". There are many choice to spend a night time in Nagoya around here. Staff were really kind. You will be able to have a breakfast at the "Komeda Cafe" of 1st Floor of this building. You will be able to get snack service If you order 1 coffee without breakfast plan at usually. Breakfast plan has salad(s size).

Nothing something for me. At the Breakfast, We should to know that... There has not enough staff for all. and there are a few an other situation customers likes after drinking whole night and has nothing booking hotel at here. so a little bit cloudy than there hotel's Breakfast Plan.

The public bath (hot spring) on top floor is awesome! Good location nearby subway station and in downtown area.

Everything is good enough with fair price! Beyond expectation. The check out time at 10 in morning is a bit of early.

Located near convenience stores, restaurants. Bus terminal and subway stations are a few mins walk. Near shopping areas. Staff were very accommodating and kind. Room was comfortable and very clean. Facilities and amenities were nice.

The location is great and nearby many attractions, such as the science museum. There are many shops and restaurants, too.

Be mindful that there is no dedicated parking for the hotel and you will have to use the nearby parking lots & pay. The staff throughout my stay were so kind and helpful. However, as I was checking out by returning the room keys, the elderly man at the front desk, insisted on just talking to my husband. I don’t speak Japanese, but it was strange that he didn’t make eye contact with me even though I was right in front of him trying to return our room keys. It was a strange interaction in the end. Although, the rest of the staff and housekeeping through my stay were very polite!

I've been here 3 years ago and the stay was still very good. It has also a public bath which I used. For me new: hotel has a collaboration with the coffee shop next to them, called "Komeda's Coffee Nishiki Isemachitori". Cool idea, breakfast was nice.
