The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in relation to Disneyland and other Anaheim destinations. The breakfast was good with standard offerings like waffles, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, with some variety built into the menu every other day. The kitchenette in the room was great for storing and preparing/reheating light meals in our room. The beds were comfortable, and our smallest kids slept well on the fold out sofa bed. The room was relatively quiet, minus a bit of noise from the busy road. Getting to Disneyland was pretty straightforward, and the front desk provides a cheat sheet on how to get there. It's a 15 minute walk to the tram at the Disney parking garage, or a 20-25 walk to the main gate. Or you catch a bus from a nearby stop.

Like at most hotels in the area, you have to pay to park here. Parking was supposed to be included with our reservation, but the front desk inadvertently tried to charge us extra for parking. We only caught the error at checkout. The manager apologized and corrected the rate we would be charged.

Comfy and clean rooms. Staff so lovely and welcoming. Free "appetisers" Mondays-Wednesday nights. These were amazing, enough to fill us up for dinner, as included a basic salad bar and drinks aswell! So very thoughtful of the hotel for putting on. Included breakfast also delicious, plenty of variety. Kids loved the waffles!! Basic kitchen in room with large fridge, super handy for making lunches to take to Disneyland. Easy 15 minute walk to gates of Disneyland/California Park. Would stay again if came back to Anaheim.

More towel hangers in bathroom please.

The room was well-appointed and had all the little touches that I look for in a quality hotel. The room was very clean and everything was clearly maintained well. The toiletries in both the shower and bathroom were very good. It included hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They had Kleenex, too. The kitchen had everything needed for a short or long-term stay, including a two-burner stove, as well as a microwave, full-size fridge, coffee maker, and even a toaster! The bed is very comfortable. All staff were excellent, from the front desk, to housekeeping and maintenance. They are always very kind and helpful.

I truly have nothing negative to say and I do try to provide honest negative information if it applies.

The room was large, with big windows (they don't open). Full kitchen including stovetop and dishwasher. There's no bathtub, but the shower is large with excellent water pressure. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable! The pull-out sofa bed was not - I wouldn't recommend it for anyone above the age of 10. (You could take off the mattress and sleep with it on the floor to avoid the uneven wooden slats.) The pool is small but we always had it all to ourselves. There are nice lounge chairs in the pool area but no hot tub. Breakfast is extensive with lots of bread/bagel/muffin options, waffle stations, yogurt, fruit, nuts, scrambled egg, sausage, and sometimes potatoes. We loved the flavoured syrups for coffee and the alternative milk options. It's a 20-25 minute walk to Disneyland past the parking structures and through Downtown Disney. Gas station mini-mart across the street for necessities. Every staff person we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

There's only one elevator and it is slow. Be prepared to wait. You're quite near the launching area for Disneyland fireworks, which go off at least once daily (9:30pm when we were there.) The sound booms and there are vibrations, so if you have kids or pets sensitive to noise, they might wake up.

We had some great options for breakfast. The hotel had everything we needed and was walking distance to Disneyland! There were two levels of parking, so you could always find a spot. We didn’t swim, but the pool was warm, even in March!

Too bad parking had a daily fee!

Staff always greeted me and welcomed me in. Food was delicious. As soon as I called that I didn’t know how to work ac they helped me turned on even asked me if I wanted a fan inside too. Staff was really good to me. The only problem I had was customer service told me they offered the shuttle for 26 USD to airport but front desk knew nothing bout that. Overall I rate my stay 10/10 I know I will be back soon

I liked everything about hotel

Our family of four adults really enjoyed our 3 night stay to visit the Disneyland Parks! Overall, the facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is standard - there was something for everyone. We brought our 14 year old maltipoo with us and we were so thankful to find a hotel that allowed pets so close to the parks. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing we didn't like!

the property is a bit dated in some areas and definitely showing some wear and tear. but the beds were clean and comfy and really the professionalism and happy greetings and attitude of the staff from housekeeping to the front desk was wonderful. We were greeted for breakfast and they made special effort to engage with the kids. they even had a happy hour with food and drinks. The manager of this hotel is to be congratulated on the quality of her staff which directly correlates to the quality of the stay for guests.

some of the wear and tear was obvious, ripped comforter, chair seat worn off etc. but still worth the cost.

I loved the suite set up with two rooms this was great so our whole family could stay together. Breakfast was ok, waffles and country style potatoes were good.

The elevator was out of service for one day we were there and we had to walk up and down stairs carring our things and a two year old. We were not aware there was another elevator available from the parking lot. On the breakfast the sausage and egg needs better flavor, they were not very tasty. The rest of the breakfast was great.

Staff were great. The room size overall was good. Good location with easy access to Disney. Not too far from Huntington beach which offers a calming break from the Disney madness

The pull out bed was broken so used the matress on the floor in between the beds. Rooms are a little tired but this is made up for by the attentive staff. Could have been a little more variation and healthy food options for breakfast.
