Great location and a la carte breakfast.

Personally I imagined the hotel to be prettier, while some of the decor looked a little tacky for my taste. Also, if you want to be on booking.com take answering queries from customers more seriously - I asked an important question about parking 24h before arrival and never got an answer...

Friendly staff throughout. It was great to have a car service to take us to the LA Union Station for when we needed to catch our train. Liked having a coffee maker in the room. Loved the breakfast and the good service. (Incidentally... it was a surprise to find the funicular railway is so close to the hotel! It's a fun thing to do for tourists!)

Parking 65 a day

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent and we appreciated that there was a window to open. The hotel is in a wonderful location and we found enough to do on foot in addition to attending a concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall just down the street. All of the staff we encountered were very professional and there seemed to be a great camaraderie amongst them.

We encountered a credit card snag upon checkin when my Capital One Mastercard could not be authorized. Fortunately I had a business Visa but even then there seemed to be confusion as to whether it had been authorized. The guest agent said the couple prior to us had the same issue. When checking out I tried using the Mastercard again but it could not be authorized. I had to use the ATM in the lobby to withdraw cash from my Mastercard in increments of $200 each time which was slightly embarrassing. Capital One said there should have been no issue since the hotel accepted Mastercard and it was likely their payment processor / machine. There should have been some follow up on the part of the hotel if mine was not the first instance.

It was beautiful, comfortable and accommodating.

The location wasn’t really central spent a lot of money on Ubers

Spacious enough for 2 people. Check in was very fast and informative. Room was clean and house keeping was available every day. The complimentary car service was a great feature as the hotel is not within walking distance of many things, however we were unable to utilise the car service. Breakfast buffet was also great! After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage with the staff and returned a few hours later to pick it up on the way to the airport, which was very helpful for us

Room is slightly outdated compared to other hotels I've stayed in, but nevertheless was still a great stay and I would stay again.

It was our second time at the Omni, and at the reception desk we were warmly welcomed and everything has been done to find us the best room with a great view. The beds are perfect and you have the perfect équipement in the room (docking station to listen to music, coffee, wardrobe a bath and a shower…) the restaurant is really nice for breakfast but in the area you have so many great places that we only went once. Having a pool in downtown LA is so great. Really the OMNI offers a 5 star standing hotel for a very decent price. The hotel is perfectly located near Olveira street, hoxton rooftop , the mocca…

Parking is expensive

The staff were friendly and amenable. Most of our reasonable requests were fulfilled. The complimentary limo was an added bonus. The closeness of attractions was certainly a reason to stay here. The food options were excellent. The breakfast was a highlight for us. The room was adequate to our needs. We received a gift of champagne for our anniversary celebration. The house keeping staff were patient and helpful during our stay.

Specifically the resort fees were steep. We used the the pool area once. The pool was very small and was not positioned to receive the sun for an extended length of time.

Area around the hotel was safe and very well maintained. Room was great: comfortable beds, convenient outlet locations, bath and shower were separated which was wonderful. We received complimentary room upgrade and welcome gift due to my birthday. It was very sweet! We also used free shuttle from the Union station to/from hotel. A lot of food options nearby.

No close transportation, so we need to use Uber daily. No close convenience stores to buy some snacks or milk. At the reception desk they have some stuff, but the variety was limited. Refrigerator in a room was tiny.

Good location, helpful staff.

I had the unfortunate experience of being in a room next to partiers. People who were loud, drinking alcohol and prone to bursts of screaming the F work. I called the front desk and security came immediately. The party broke up. Unfortunately, the next night the same thing happened. I had to call security again. The front desk was very helpful and understanding. I think that they could have security presence at the elevators because the people in the room next to me brought up some scary people to the room. I saw them in the hall. If security were down by the elevators where you need a key to get to certain floors - they would see some of the riff-raff coming into the hotel. Especially on weekends.
