This hotel is very well situated. Literally, just off the motorway, with a Harvester Restaurant, MacDonalds, and an Indian Restaurant in extremely close proximity. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. What I like very much, is that you have a choice of pillows, and we always choose Feather ones! Our room was clean and tidy, there was an abundance of hot water in the shower, and tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. If you wanted more, then there were additional supplies in the Reception area, to which you could help yourself. There is also a bus stop on either side of the main road, where the Hotel is, so public transport is available too. Breakfast was included in our room rate, which provided you with a good variety of hot and cold food choices. The only little niggle I had, was that the bacon was overcooked to begin with, which then dried out very quickly in the hot container, and this looked extremely unappetising, and was not nice to eat. I am sure though, that had I asked, this would have been rectified. This hotel, at the time of year we visited, was fantastic value for money, and we will be booking this again, at the end of the year

Just a little constructive feedback. I appreciate that you have to ensure that food is cooked properly, before being put out. But when it’s a hot food self service buffet, perhaps consideration should given to cooking the bacon a little less to begin with, which would prevent it drying out and sticking together in clumps. The same should apply to the sausages, as these also shrivelled and dried out in the heated container. But taking everything into consideration, breakfast was very good and there was a variety of choice on offer.

Very good value for the location. A very good location for breaking up a long journey (just off M5/M42 and just before/after Birmingham traffic), but also some interesting places to visit in the area and a good choice of pubs/restaurant nearby. Also cheap petrol available nearby in Droitwich itself (£1.30/l vs £1.60/l at service stations). The staff were very helpful and the breakfast is good and plentiful given the price. Also a very quiet location. We slept well.

We arrived during the January 2025 cold snap, and our air conditioning/heating wasn't working in the room. However the staff were very helpful in providing an electric heater, which did the job. Also, there was no hot water in the morning and a brief power cut (the two probably related), but again, but this was likely due to the snow/cold/local floods, and beyond the hotel's control. Hot water returned after the powercut ended.

Exceptional value for money. Found this Hotel advertised on google as a last minute decision. Very surprised when we arrived in my car! Free onsite parking always a must 👍. Exceptional value for money. Checking in and out times are perfect, although i was on a girly night out with my daughter and it was getting late, we were allowed to make the booking more custom to us by choosing an allocated time of arrival to check in (2100hrs - 2200 hrs)! 24 hr reception service 👌. Greeted by well mannered staff upon arrival and straight forward checking in/payment process. Complimentary hot drinks when in room and very kindly fullfilled our request when needed more sugar, milk etc (I drink alot of tea 🤭)!! Lovely large clean bedrooms and bathroom including top of the range body cleaning products, Dove shampoo, shower gel and hand wash, right down to *toothpaste, brushes and ladies products *(upon request should you need any). The beds were comfortable and very clean. Definitely going to become a member and stay alot more regularly. Had the best night's sleep in what feels like weeks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tv wasnt a smart tv or in HD but still watchable. Apart from that i cannot find a fault anywhere. Maybe 2 sets of towels in the bathroom instead of 1 although we were fully aware we could request more should we need any by calling reception from the telephone next to the bed.

Breakfast was good and there are eating places within 2 mins walk Car parking was near the hotel entrance and was well lit. Staff were very helpful when we had a problem

I would have orefered more secure parking The place was a little tired and the heater and air con didn't work. The stafff provided us with a heater which helped. However the room was too hot overnight and as such we didn't have a great nights sleep. As we only had a duvet and not a sheet there was little we could do to assist with night time temperature. WiFi was poor which caused us a few problems with the sat nav when we left

The hotel's frequency was at a very high level, when you get off on your floor you can smell a pleasant smell of freshness and cleanliness. Very nice staff. the single bed was not very comfortable, the double was good. the breakfast was very tasty and fresh, a large selection.

the only problem we encountered was parking, because we arrived at the hotel late each time we had to wait for someone to leave to find a place - they were customers of the nearby McDonald's. this did not affect the assessment of the entire stay, which I rate as very good when we are in the area we will definitely use it again

Iv stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's totally great value for money ..there us always a bowl of fresh fruit on the main desk an amazing ice machine fresh canister of water all to greet you when you arrive from your journey to refresh you .the staff are amazing so friendly always smiling and very happy to help above and beyond..the rooms are always very clean and very comfortable always well stocked with hand and body wash shampoos.clean towels .the buffet breakfasts hot fresh good products. There is a macdonalds and a harvesters just a second walk away ..would totally recommend this hotel..massive thank you to all the staff. Great job guys .

Great location for our drive, the middle point in our trip.

I specifically asked for a Cot in our room on arrival as I have a 2 year old and at the time of arrival it was important that we got him down for his night sleep. When we arrived the room was not ready with the cot, we had to wait 10-15 min for the staff to get the cot ready. I don't understand this happening, when I sent a message through the booking.com app asking for this and I got a reply from the hotel saying that this was no problems and would be done. This is the 2nd time this has happened. A great hotel for our drive but this needs to be better.

The breakfast was good, plenty of options even for my little 2year old daughter who loves her fruit and cereal

The only thing that stopped me from putting this to a 10/10 was that we asked for a travel cot in our room to which I had confirmation that this would happen, when we arrived we had no trvale cot in our room so had to ask about this at reception to which the gentleman on duty was more than accommodating, also I book two rooms both rooms for two adults with children to which we required an sofa bed, our sofa bed was made up and ready for us however for my friends this didn't happen the sofa bed was still in sofa mode and had no bedding on at all so again they had to go to reception to request the sofa bed to be made up and again the gentleman on the desk at the time was there to help and got to it straight away other that this the rest of our stay was absolutely fine

Breakfast was good except for the initial lack of bacon. I was told there wasn't any and to "have a hash brown instead", like it was in some way an equivalent. I did spot some turning up later by chance and it was very good. Would have been nice to know it wasn't ready yet, rather than they didn't have any at all.

The room was good apart from the lack of air con. They responded quickly to attempt to fix it but without success. Leaving the window open cooled the room quite quickly but left the us with motorway noise until I shut it later. They did also give the choice of changing rooms, so they dealt with it well.

Very warm and professional welcome. Easy free parking. Easy check in. Offered a choice of floor/quieter room. Very clean and comfortable room with air con. Good breakfast selection with vegan sausages available on request. Very handy location to break a journey. Closer to the M5 than some service stations, but feels completely separate with no service-station-vibe. Restaurant and take-away in same complex. Very good Indian restaurant and pub with meals just a short walk away.

The bar and breakfast space is very bland and corporate but works fine. My air con was a little noisy, but it did make the room very comfortable.
