The room was comfortable. The one thing that stood out for me was the exceptional friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness of the front desk lady. Particularly Mariam (not sure what her surname is). She went out of her way to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Despite the language barrier, she made every effort to communicate in polite and friendly manner. She was extremely efficient and gave really good advice about the city and places of interest. Mariam is the reason why I will recommend the hotel and return with my family as soon as the opportunity avails itself. Thank you Mariam

The breakfast was expensive and had a very limited variety. One could not describe it as buffet.

The hotel location was really good. Excellent location and close to many things in a walking distance. The staff was great, and Mostafa in the reception was really helpful. There was one day that I needed to transfer money and go exchange money, he went with me and guided me. Was so polite and helpful. Overall, my experience in Helnan was great, and extended another 2 days because the experience was good to me and comfortable.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and clean and very comfortable. Everything was perfect but the best was the level of customer service from the employees. Especially Sandra who went out of her way to make our stay as nice as possible. I have never felt more welcome than on that trip. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was truly a fantastic stay and also a great location.

Excellent Hotel. Like the Cleanliness and spacious rooms with good arrangement. Restaurant, swimming pool, over all arrangements, location, pleasant staff etc.

A bit overpriced. At toilet (Room 504), it was a bit strange to see the toilet bidet Faucet's position was on left side of the toilet seat which is difficult to hold with right hand (Minor issue and only about this room, could easily be fixed. May be noticed it being a Civil Engineer!)

The hotel is strategically located in New Cairo. It's one of the best options if you are looking for a business accommodation with a professional style. I was lucky to receive an amazing room upgrade and I appreciate a lot their lovely initiative. The hotel is cozy and neat and the breakfast is good. It's my second stay and will remain my favorite choice for accommodation in New Cairo area,

Nice hotel with a nice pool. Food was good. Staff was friendly. They helped us very quickly after we reported a problem with the wifi in our room. I recommend the hotel if you want to stay in New Cairo.

The location is right in the front of the new metro rail that is under construction. The traffic jam around the area is significant. Not much to see around.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and airy, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Since I had to leave before breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast package with enough food to last me for three days. Such a wonderful gesture truly made my stay memorable.

Not friendly staff at all especially when we requested a complimentary gift from reception he said we only offer fruits and they sent a very small fruit bascket and they made us pay fully upon arrival ! And refused to have us pay when we checked out like every other hotel in the world. When I called the hotel and was asking about the facilities and asking about details the man on the phone told me “Thank you for calling”, while I was still talking and almost hung up on me! Also I requested from him to put my senior parents in pool view and still he gave them city view! This was a gift from us to our father turning 70 and our parents’ 45th anniversary and he refused to send even a cake to their room!

The service is very good, I mean, of course everything else when I was there also very good, and especially the service attitude from hotel, I would like to point it out that Mariam in the front desk, when I meet some problems, she is so kind, patient to help me with her best, thx a lot, sorry I wrote this some late, because I keep traveling after I left Egypt
