I would recommend this hotel because the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious with clean towels and gel and toothpaste etc all provided. The hotel was quiet at night, no noise from quests banging doors or chatting loudly. Room was cleaned daily with tea and water refilled. Kettle in the room with tea and sugar. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to metro, 5 mins to supermarkets and about 15 mins walk to tahir square. Breakfast was varied, eggs cooked to order, pastries, cereals , juices all plentiful. I'd stay here again.

The pool was not in use from what i could see .. no sun loungers out and nobody in the pool. The gym was being refurbished and i didn't see any sign of the wellness centre, hot tub or massages. Avoid the gift shop, the guy in there asked me for 2000egp£ for a 2 inch ornament that was worth no more than 100£egp , insulted, I laughed and walked away. ..also avoid the taxi hire desk in the lobby ....i was quoted $20 for a trip to airport that if you book online costs $10 or on uber its $5. Use Uber or metro to travel around 😉

Very polite staff and facilities were very good. Double Premium room was just what we needed for our family of 4.

I traveled with my husband and our two kids, aged 9 and 5. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for the family and gave the kids plenty of room to play and relax. Our trip started off on a high note as the hotel staff kindly offered us an early check-in, allowing us to make the most of our first day. The hotel was spotless, the location couldn’t have been better—right next to the beautiful Nile—and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

One downside of our stay was one morning when we had to wait for a table for four at breakfast, as none were available. Unfortunately, we were asked to wait outside, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, the female staff member managing breakfast that day was not particularly welcoming, which was disappointing.

recently stayed at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt, and it was an incredible experience! The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious rooms and breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The pool and beach areas were spotless, with plenty of space to relax. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the overall ambiance that made the stay unforgettable. First time we got a terrible room that didnt even have hot water in the bathroom but when I complained I immediately got another room that was fantastic. Everyone was super king and helpful, the breakfast was better than any other 5star hotel, the beds were comfortable, hotel staff was super kind and helpful and made our days better with their kindness and smile. I also enjoyed the restaurant, they offer amazing food. I haven’t tried the swimming pool. I really want to emphasize that the staff in the hotel is unbelievably professional and kind and our experience was sooo amazing mainly because of them, thank you!

The original suite we got was not cleaned and maintained properly so our first night was really bad but they immediately changed when I complained tthe next day

The staff especially Mohamed helped me and my associates to settle in well and the rooms were clean and nice.

Tour of the pyramids organised through the hotel was an experience I wouldn’t want to repeat. We felt like we were scammed from beginning to end. Not the hotels fault, just the taxi driver that we were given in the day, we cut the day short so we could regain control of the day

We chose the Pyramisa Suites Hotel for our 10-day stay in Cairo after a disappointing experience with a privately managed apartment. The apartment was unfortunately not clean, with dirty bedding and towels, and we were unable to sleep there after arriving late at night. We were incredibly grateful to find the Pyramisa Suites Hotel, which exceeded our expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by the supportive staff, overall hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere.
