Well trained and friendly staff. Food is great and great value for money and location.

Bath faucets were complicated to use to differentiate between the cold and hot. Carpets are out dated. Need a renovation.

The location of this property is excellent. Walking distance to many locations of interest to me. The room was spacious and the view of the Nile is always breathtaking. Bathroom is equally spacious.

I asked for an upgraded room and was told that my room was one. But it turned out that it was not. I was not in the mood for the back and forth with reception. The room and bathroom look a bit tired and an upgrade is definitely needed.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was well sized with a large balcony overlooking the majestic Nile River. Also, room service was amazing. We ordered in two of the 3 nights during our stay. We would highly recommend the breakfast in the hotel as well. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious and the breakfast boxes they prepared for us when we had to leave the hotel early in the am were a very nice touch. If I ever return to Cairo, I know where we will be staying.

Our dinner the first night was good but not as good as the room service we later had on nights 2 and 3 of our stay.

the service across all restaurants and service points are in incredibly slow! at the pool ordering a can of soda takes 10 minutes. even though you see multiple service people around. the lobby service takes ages as well (found out they get their drinks from third floor??) second issue was the state of rooms and furniture, it’s super dated! it shows age and use and not in a good charming way. it will need some serious renovation third was the tiles used around the pool, it’s like a skating rink! you shouldn’t use non-pours smooth tiles around a pool

probably the best housekeeping service I have ever seen Great Mediterranean restaurant We took a guided tour from the concierge with a guide called Inman which was the highlight of the stay, mandatory if you’re visiting Cairo for the first time

Chinese restaurant is hyped and overrated, it has a beautiful decoration but service and food are not really up to the rest of the hotel standards. Do yourself a favor and pick the Mediterranean restaurant

1. staff are extremely professional. 2. the Nile view from the balcony is superb. 3. the gym and pool area is very practical and well equipped.

1. Breakfast can be improved with a wider selection. 2. rooms are very comfortable but also interiors can be improved with small additions of elegant décor. 3. the price on Booking.com is much lower than what I actually end up paying because of additional charges and taxes that are not mentioned in Booking.com and is very misleading and frustrating especially that the increase is around 30%.

There was some maintenance works in the hotel which caused some noise 😔 There is mo iron in the room 😔!!!
