I reserved two room and requested Nile view , renovated rooms and high floor accordingly but I surprised they gave me in swimming pool side and lower floor .when I told them my reservation Nile view as usual they talk a lot to convinced me that rooms were best actually they work for their own interest not for customer satisfaction.

Location, views, quiet (in room - high floor). Concierge desk help.

Pool closed at 6pm. No alcohol served in hotel- this was not made clear before I booked. But 4 Seasons across the road is easy to walk to

All staff at the front desk, house keeping, room service, and facilities, are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. The room view was so exceptional Check in and check out process was smooth.

Very good location and great views of the Nile. Gym very good and always very quiet. Nubian restaurant served good food.

My booking was cancelled by hotel when I was on flight - they tried to take payment before I checked in and my card security declined paymemt. All happed while on flight so nothing I could do. No help at reception and just had to rebook via Booking.com - saved $100 but could have meant I had no where to stay.

Excellent time in Hilton hotel, very good value for money! Classic rooms with high quality wooden furnitures, carpets everywhere, perfect bedding, beautiful panoramic view to Nile and city, great sound isolation, welcome fruits in the room, and what a breakfast, so much choice. Highly recomended dinner in Hilton boat on Nile, a dinner buffet, entertining oriental program, a 2h trip in a very nice ship, around 25 eur per person! The most important- excellent people who work there, from reception, to servers and housekeepers, everyone attentive and caring. Thank you very much, we will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a stay at the Grand Nile Tower Hotel in Cairo for my dad's birthday, and the experience exceeded all their expectations. I had kindly asked if it was possible to upgrade my dad's room to a suite in honor of his birthday, and to their delight, they graciously obliged. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the entire stay, showcasing the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. The suite itself was magnificent, offering stunning views of the Nile and luxurious amenities that made my dad's birthday extra special. Every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special mention must be made for Fatma Omar and Melad Younan, whose exceptional service and kindness were truly commendable. Their efforts to accommodate requests and their warm, friendly demeanor made a significant impact on the experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and we couldn't be more grateful. Overall, the Grand Nile Tower Hotel provided an unforgettable experience that far surpassed expectations. Their remarkable service, luxurious accommodations, and the personal touch added by their outstanding staff have left cherished memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making my dad's birthday celebration so special.

Wow. This hotel was so beautiful inside and out. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The Revolving Restaurant at the top is a must see, and the views are spectacular & food was great. They do not serve alcohol at the hotel. Also, please go to the spa although the hot tub didn’t get as hot as we would have liked it to be. The staff advised they would look into it asap. We did however received the best deep massage there by a woman named Wafeya Mohamed. She took her time and focused on my problem areas without me telling her which just shows she knows exactly what she was doing. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here while in Cairo.

The main reason why we stayed in Grand Nile is to quickly go to bed after the dinner at the revolving restaurant in their tower. But we also were happy to get a room on the 29th floor with an amazing view of the Nile and pool! The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic, so diverse and the quality of food was beyond great, the view is good too. Also people were friendly and helpful. For some reason our room was cooled (end of December) when we just got in, and we tried to change the system to heating but it didn't work. After a call to the reception, a master came and fixed it pretty quickly.

Although we understand it's cheap for a 5 star hotel and Hilton but it's not a reason to not renovate rooms, maybe?

We stayed for three nights as a family with kids, and the hotel met our expectations in many ways. The property was clean, located in a great spot right on the Nile, and very family-friendly. Our request for two connected rooms was fulfilled, which made our stay convenient and comfortable.

During check-in, one of our two rooms wasn’t ready, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The bathroom lacked a bidet, which was inconvenient for us. Additionally, during check-out, the process of getting our luggage to the car took longer than expected.
