The location was excellent with a fabulous view of the Pyramids of Giza from our room and best of all from the fabulous rooftop restaurant. The staff were all very smartly dressed and friendly . They were attentive and professional. The food from the international kitchen was great and the Sushi bar was exceptional ! The restaurant manager was a great leader of his team and trained his crew well. We were both very impressed with the food , staff and the view of both the pyramids and Great Egyptian Museum by earl morning light and also at night. The only downside was that the GEM wasn’t safely accessible due to a busy road between hotel and museum . We hope there may be a pedestrian road bridge to be built before the grand opening of the GEM soon. I loved all the pictures on the walls of the corridors and the hieroglyphics in our rooms and headboards etc.

The shower area in our room only had a short glass screen and the tiling lip to keep the water out of the rest of the bathroom didn’t work well ( too low) so flooded at every ( lovely hot ) shower. Very slippery and fall hazard. Advise anyone to wear flip flops or slides to prevent slipping on tiles.

I recently stayed at the Royal Great Pyramid Inn, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had in Cairo. The rooms were stunning, spacious, clean, and modern. What made it special for me was in the room. After a long day of exploring, it was pure bliss to come back and relax in my private with a magical view of the pyramids and museum view.! The Akemi Restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The food was amazing, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. But what took it to another level was the view. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy I also went on a few excursions organized by the hotel, and they were fantastic. The tour guide was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Egyptian history, which made the tours even more enjoyable. I never felt rushed, and I learned so much along the way.!

The room is very nice and clean, although the view from the window is not the best as my room was facing an empty back yard. Access to the hotel is very difficult as in front of the hotel is massive construction site. The staff was very pleasant especially Yousuf the from desk manager and the overnight chef from providing very delicious Ramadan Sahour.

The only thing that I did not like is the café staff in the roof restaurant for trying to over charge me twice for drink that I did not order. Once I can accept it, but twice and they were insisting that I have to pay for the overcharge.

Had a great time staying in the Royal Great Pyramid Inn. I would like to applaud Shammy and Maryam for their great service during my stay. Shammy is able to upgrade my room to their panoramic suite with great views of the Pyramid and GEM. Maryam helps me to catch Uber since their location has ongoing road construction within the vicinity of the hotel so taxis are waiting on the opposite side of the highway in front of GEM instead. New hotel with beautiful interiors of the corridor and rooms. Clean and spacious rooms. Comes with a very good buffet breakfast at the rooftop with views of the pyramid and GEM. Highly recommended hotel with value for money.

Nothing. All the staff are good and polite.

The hotel is perfectly located across from the Grand Egyptian Museum - 10 minute walk maximum. It is the best base for tours to the pyramids and into town. In a rather noisy town it is also not too loud. I’d like to mention Marian the receptionist who organized the medication for our little girl who got sick for a day - many thanks - and also Said the bellboy who was the one getting the medication and lead us across the street to the museum. The Food at the rooftop is awesome and the view unbeatable…

Some floor cleaning needs to be done more often…

The staff was really friendly and helped me with any necessity, The food for breakfast was an excellent selection or hot and cold. The view of the pyramids and the museum was perfect for some great pictures..

Even know it was decently located in front of the gem museum, because of the construction of the road which is out of the hotel reach, none of the booked transportation was able to find the hotel for which we had to walk through the construction side to get to a main road most of the time, thanks to the staff to take us to our driver and stop them in the middle of heavy traffic. In the shower water went everywhere.

This new hotel in Giza is close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The rooms are modern and clean, with a nice view of the Pyramids from the rooftop. It's around a 20-minute drive from the Pyramids. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooftop restaurant serves European food with a great view, especially at sunset. They also offer good coffee in the morning for breakfast. Despite nearby construction for a metro, it's still peaceful. It's a great choice for staying in Giza, and the museum is just a short walk away (though it's not fully open yet).

The attentiveness of the staff from security to the breakfast staff, especially Mohamed who made me herbal and lemon tea as I had a sore throat 2 days. The food selection at breakfast was good. The fantastic views of the Museum right opposite the hotel plus the distance not too fa

The main negative was the shower head being too big for the shower area causing a wet floor. The road near the hotel was under construction for the metro stop. The uber drivers found it a bit difficult to get there, but the door men used to help them on the phone.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Cairo! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our visit truly memorable. The views from our room were breathtaking, we were in awe each morning as we woke up to a breathtaking panorama of the Great Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The sight of these iconic landmarks from the comfort of our room was truly unforgettable and added a magical touch to our entire experience. We highly recommend the rooftop restaurant—the food was exceptional, and the views were absolutely stunning. If you’re planning a trip to Cairo, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Lovely hotel (probably one of the nicest on our trip). We had great views of the pyramids and really comfortable rooms. The staff (especially Mariam Shamy) were incredibly friendly and so accommodating.

The hotel doesn’t have many restaurants nearby but they have their own restaurant (a little pricey) so it’s not a big deal. Also there’s lots of construction in front of the hotel, which didn’t impact our stay but did make it more difficult for taxi drivers
