We were so lucky to find this hotel for our vacation. We came as a couple for our friends' wedding, and the hotel options given to us were the likes of Marriott and 4 Seasons, which cost per night as much as 5 nights at Stay Inn Hotel. I want to compliment all of the staff working at this hotel, truly an exceptional selection from reception, to lobby, to catering, to cleaners. The location is quite central so you are always 15-25 mins away by car from everything you would ever need to visit in Cairo. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfasts. The rooms have a mini bar and a safe. We were also provided with an iron when we asked for one. I am shocked that this place has such low ratings, and bet that it is competitors making fake reviews. If you are travelling to Cairo on a budget, don't waste your time with Airbnb scams. Stay at the Stay Inn Hotel.

The streets, but this is the situation outside of every hotel. People start demanding money from you as soon as you step outside looking like a foreigner.

Staff was exceptional. Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was in great size, very clean, AC was great too. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms gets cleaned professionally every day Breakfast was great and had a lot of varieties.

Noisy street all day/night long as the hotel located in a very busy intersection . No non-smoking rooms available. The whole hotel is smoking permitted.

Friendly and helpful staff who made sure I had a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable furnitire. The location is central in mohandseen, many shops and restaurants are walking distance. I will definitely come back again.

Street noises are normal in cairo and mohandseen area. Nothing to complain about

Cairo is a noisy city with a lot of traffic and honks from the street all the time. The hotel is not spared from that which is inconvenient for sleeping. The hotel would definitely benefit from having triple glazing.

everything is great but one minir thing to mention that the large bed will not be enough for a couple if you like spacious beds it’s like 1.40-1.60 cm in width and approximately 2M in length. however it’s comfy

The location was perfect as many shops were nearby for shopping, the rooms were quite big as I stayed in the family rooms.

The breakfast has little options. The lift size is only enough for 3 people and very slow. The cost of this hotel is considered high compering to what you get or its location, which is not Nile River's view.

it was comfortable and very clean and the reception was very helpful and I checked in at night with adel and checked out in the morning with mirna and mustafa and all of them were super helpful with good spirit

in the small room its a bit noisy and you can hear everything happening outside , so take a room which has a living room and inside room .

The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom amenities, the courtesy, and the efficiency of the staff. Ms. Marina in the reception, Emad in the bellmen, security and housekeeping staff.

Just a safety advice The bathtub is slippery, which could cause an accident.

The property exceptionally clean and all the amenities were perfectly settled. Also the quality of breakfast and the profession of hospitality. Check in & check out was super quick.Thank you for this level of service and highly recommended to stay on the same hotel.
