1.The place is clean and beautiful, with a good view of Red Sea. 2.The whole architecture is in uniform and harmonious design, coordinating citadel and desert well. 3.Most staff are friendly, easy going and ready to help. 4.Good value of money in all-inclusive package.

1.Most staff are friendly except for our exclusive receptionist Radwa ,who is in poor service attitude, poor language ability(barely speak English)and clear racial discrimination. Her unprofessional service and slow responce almost ruined my journey.

Best holiday we’ve ever been on. From first arrival we were greeted with excellent reception staff who were very accommodating and informative. In particular, Radwa was very helpful and checked in with us daily to see how we were getting on. The food exceeded our expectations with the standard on offer, as there are a wide amount of restaurants to choose from. In particular, the pizza maker was exceptional, very friendly and also treated us to love heart pizzas. The pool bar at the infinity pool was amazing. The staff, in particular Ahmed was superb and treated us phenomenally throughout our stay. The bar staff in the shisha corner were also amazing, even treating us to a new cocktail called the “Irish Sunshine”. The staff selling shishas were very friendly, attentive and also good fun. The manager on duty at the bar beside the stage was very accommodating and made us feel welcomed. Finally, the best part of the holiday was definitely the animation team. They made our holiday so enjoyable from activities in the infinity pool, to dancing during the afternoons, to shows in the evenings and also trips to the Golden Buddha. All of the animation team were so inclusive and would speak to everyone and encourage people to join in to all activities. My girlfriend and I particularly enjoyed the show “Best couple in the hotel” where we somehow won. We didn’t think our holiday could get much better until we got to know the animation team but it did!! All the facilities were amazing from the room, to the pools, to the lagoons, to the beaches and the general grounds of the hotel. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, we will definitely be back.

The personal working there was really friendly and helpful. They even noticed that we weren’t at our room for two nights and asked our colleagues if everything was fine with us. So kudos. The place was clean and the room we‘ve had was excellent as we had a direct view of the sea.

The thing about this place is: You even get harassed by people selling tours in the resort and they are trying to sell you overpriced tours (that can be found on the internet for half the price or even way less). I found the state of how this situation in Hurghada itself is, really shocking and to even be harassed by these people when you pay a lot of money to relax and enjoy the sun is beyond crazy. They give you a red band, you can wrap this around your umbrella as you lay at the beach, but you‘ll still get annoyed as you walk peacefully around the resort. It just influenced our stay there so negatively, also the prices at the shop there were an absolute disaster.

The hotel overall is great, amazing facilities, amazing design, very great attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and facilities management

The hotel has two main issues that could be summed up into some of the staff as well as the pricing of the hotel. The reception staff are the absolute worst. Worst customer handling and servicing I've experienced. The seemed unprofessional as well as untrained and unable to satisfy your needs quickly and promptly. The second issue is the pricing the hotel is overly priced when compared to several hotels in the same tear.

Stunning resort, beautiful view on the sea and spotless. The staff were super friendly and helpful with the organization of transfers or trips. The infinity pool and heated palm pool were amazing! Overall the resort esthetically is impeccable !

The entertainment was a bit poor and childish (But the staff were super friendly), same songs all day long😒. The food was not too bad but always the same and the a la carte restaurants were very mediocre. The standard rooms are a bit dated. The quality of the alcohol was tasteless and not too various. The six jacuzzis weren’t working without an explanation from the staff. For a 5 stars hotel I was expecting a bit higher quality.

Corals, service, politeness of the stuff. The territory is clean. Restaurants are good. Live music is nice. There are quiet beaches from both sides of the resort where you can lay alone and swim without supervision. Corals are along the whole hotel territory.

Daily animation was sometimes annoying with the same loud music. Booking said that there is a free transfer from/to airport but it is not true -- hotel offered only taxi for 35 euro from airport and 30 euro to airport. We were surprised that nobody explains that corals should not be touched, they are dying because people touch them.

Really nice architecture and rooms, great views, nice beach, helpful and friendly staff, all facilities are in good condition. They have good snorkelling facilities and if you go further out to the extreme left of their private beach the corals are amazing!. For less experienced ones you can also see fishes in the man made lagoons Breakfast was good They organize some entertainment events every evening which is fun

Food, specially in the a-la-carte restaurants was no where close to how it should be. Timings of gym and pools should be extended till late evenings or even midnight Menu / pastries in the cafe is the same on all days

very clean and very beautiful. The resort is likely built with locally mined stone. staffs are very friendly. Multiple beaches and snorkeling facilities in the resort.

Resort is quiet far from shopping centres and other facilities. Guests are not allowed to call uber taxi. You have to use the resort taxi which is roughly ten times more expensive than a uber taxi or a resort shuttle which go to the main shopping mall once a day. Resort shuttle is also five times more expensive than uber taxi. I often find myself trap in the resort and no choice but to use an expensive resort taxi. Also resort taxi service and other activities do not take card payment which is bit weird for a five star resort.

The location, how the design blends with with the surroundings and it doesn’t feel crowded.

The only thing is too many smoking areas - in the lobby bar and coffee bar, and billiard bar. The night shows, including child disco, happened in an area without any separation with the smoking area. Some guests were smoking in the non-smoking area, therefore you end up smelling smoke the whole evening. This is not nice when you don’t smoke, especially with children

Everything in the resort are amazing

Some of the staff in the main reception don’t know any little knowledge about hospitality and welcoming guests Mr said and Mr Mahmoud and when I called the manager Mr Mohd Rashed he apologized and corrected their mistakes himself … thanks to him a lot and Ms Radwa helped us a lot for all arrangements
