All the staff member are kind and takes care for you. The food is decent, nothing special. Rooms are spacious, the programs are good, the shops inside the hotel's teritoy has good prices and kind sellers. At the hotels's beach, look for Mustafa, the horse trainer, he has the best excursions for both camel ride and safari tour, and an exculise excursions with horses (you can't find any similar on the internet). We were many excursions in Hurghada, but Mustafa's excursion takes it all! For an easy airport transfer, ask the hotel for Ahmed, he is the most polite driver i've ever met.

Both the wifi and the 4g coverage was awful. The communication between us and the hotel did not exist. We didn't get answer from them nor via booking or e-mail, nether via whatsapp.

The staff was very friendly and helpful also they are very responsive to our calls, food was acceptable and plenty of options. The room was very spacious and cosy. There are plenty of fine restaurants in the hotel.

The pools are so cold there is no heat in the pool. The beverages were of low quality.

Great value for money. The staff were exceptionally kind and respectful, always ready to help. The beach is spacious, providing plenty of space to relax, and there are multiple bars conveniently located around the resort. My room was wonderful—well-equipped, quiet, and with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping visited daily to restock the room and even left fresh fruit, which was a nice touch.

There were a few things I didn't like. The shower water tended to spill out into the bathroom because there wasn't anything to block it. The swimming pools felt a bit dirty and were often very crowded. The shop owners around the resort constantly called out to people passing by, which was quite disturbing. Also, be prepared to walk a lot, as everything is spread out. If you don't enjoy walking, this could be an issue.

We had a very nice holiday at Mirage bay. All staff are friendly and eager to help. The room was big with comfy beds. The aqua park is very nice and there are multiple pools with different sizes. The beach is very nice particularly in the morning. The food was delicious with reasonable varieties.

The stuff is so helpful and decent special thanks to the receptionist Mr kerlose wageeh he was very helpful and very very decent the hole facility is good I recommend this resort to stay.

Love this place, i wonder, i will stay here many times when i go back and every time I visit hurghada. Beautiful friendly staff from the cleaners, reception, beach and pool gentlemen. A very very very special thanking🙏 to Mr. ASSAAD🙏 who is the manager of Reception and his staff. Mr. Assad is a real great guy, very kind and will do anything he can to help you.. All what you need to do is ask him and he will respond positively , this manger is a true gentleman and a real very friendly person with a true professional mentality regarding this business and how could you operate it in an efficient and productive way. Thank you chief Hussien and for your staff, whim they are all very nice and friendly. Great pool and Aqua area with fresh towels and sun loungers surrounded by beautiful gardens full of flowers, trees and green grass lawns, all year round, the lovely gardeners are there every day working hard making it tidy and pretty and do an amazing job. Thanks for the white shirts Life Gaurds they are aware and awake for everything. My personal favourite is the private beach area which is direct access from the resort to the amazing red sea in a few minutes walk from your room you can be paddling in the sea, the beach area again offers fresh towels and sun loungers.
