Typically We hate hotels as they never meet our expectations!! This Best Western met them & more!!! Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and care free from check in to check out... our room was clean & fully stocked, beds were comfortable, loved our view (the highway, but staying with a 3 & 5 yr old who loved watching cars go by from the 4th floor... can't complain)

For GPS purposes Google gives the address as being on us64 causing us to get lost & check in late, had to call for correct address being on Ricky bell Cove!

Large room with a separate living room was really cool. Really quiet not alot of traffic. Ac gets super cold.

The AC unit in the wall worked extremely well, but I could not keep the fan going on it and would wake up every time it went off and the pillows are like half sized, which was hard to get comfortable on.

If I could rate this stay a 20/10, I would. I was travelling with a handicapped guest, and they were VERY accomidating with the room and other ammeneties that facilitated a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Perfect location and distance from the attractions we were visiting.

The toilet in our room needed to be resealed. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Property was clean and beds comfortable.

The air unit was so high up on the wall that I had to stand on the bed to see what it was set on- and even then it was difficult to see- and I’m 5’8”. Also, the hallway was stuffy and smelly. You can tell they are trying to use something to cover up smells, but when someone is smoking pot, it’s hard smell to cover up. Unfortunately, that seems to be a common issue in hotels now.

This hotel room came with 2 Queen beds and a twin bed. This worked exceptional for 3 separate adults. All three beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and addressed my one issue Immediately. And the breakfast was more than I expected.

The refrigerator was too small for snacks, it only held drinks.

The quietness peaceful restaurants right around the corner not too far from where I need to go all the TV channels it was wonderful

I'd like from the moment we got there for the moment we left everyone was so friendly our room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing We also requested a room with a window facing the interstate and we got it room 311 is exactly like that

The air conditioner did not seem to work and there were spots in the shower it wasn't dirty it was just chipped really bad

I would like to mention that the cleaning staff is extraordinary. Specifically Ms.Patricia she was very polite and helpful.

unfortunately one of the front desk members was rude and did not apologize for inconveniencing me and my children.

The hotel is very convenient to the interstate. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The front desk clerks were friendly and efficient, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The only very small issue we had with our room was that the faucet was leaking and it dripped constantly. However, at checkout we did let the front desk know that they should have their plumber look at it. Other than that, the accommodations were great. Wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.
