I LOVED ALMOST EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. Miguel and the other kitchen staff were excellent. My check in person was also EXCELLENT.

There was one older lady that was not so nice. I accidentally drop something in the trash and needed to retrieve it and she treated us like we were off the street digging through the trash. Miguel and the the other lady in the kitchen assisted us in giving us gloves and a trash bag to help us find it. Instead of her monitoring the front desk you came in the back of the kitchen area being rude. Besides that I LOVED my stay here. Also the bed in 507 needs the bottom part fixed. I guess stapled back to the bed and a little bit of black bugs or ants were on the table near the window.

Clean, spacious rooms, bathrooms were good and well lit. Liked the kitchen area with full size refrigerator and freezer.

HVAC closet in the bedroom and kinda noisy when operating. Phones did not work!! Any requests had to be walked down to the front desk. When I informed the clerk, I was told they’re aware and most of the phones in the rooms didn’t work including those at the front desk periodically. When I asked what if I had an emergency, I was told I could use my cell phone. Not an appropriate response for a hotel in this class.

The staff was super nice. We were there to see our Navy Sailor for the holiday and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and play board games for quite some time after we checked out so we could continue to visit before we started our 5 hour drive home. Nice having a full size refrigerator and stove top, we took advantage of both. We had a room with two Queen size beds and a separate sitting area which was great for those who weren’t quite ready to retire for the evening.

The breakfast was disappointing. Had to ask for them to replenish many items including tater tots, milk, juice, bread, and eggs to name a few. Waiting 10 minutes for an item was excessive when time is short. Only had potatoes 1 day out of 3, never any ham or bacon just corned beef hash one day and sausage the other two. Even the dry cereal ran out. No pastries at all. Went down for breakfast each morning 45 minutes or more before it was to end so I can’t imagine what others dined on arriving even later. Also, I booked a room for 4 people and only had bath towels for 3, shouldn’t have to request that.

Breakfast was wonderful! The room was clean, ready for us and very nice. I really liked the suite with the kitchen. Plenty of power outlets. The elevator smells amazing and clean. Staff was very helpful.

We had to send down for bedding for the sofa bed because there were 5 of us. There also were only 4 towels and wash clothes. I put that there were 5 of us on my reservation, so it would have been nice to already have what we needed in the room. However, I called down to the staff and they brought what we needed ASAP, so I'm grateful for that!

i did not have breaskfast just coffee

The room was nice and comfortable. some of the clean dishes still had food from last user the oven stunk while baking. the bottom of oven was dirty under the burner. I had to request dish soap. I was there for 5 days in a two room suite, The other room when i arrived and stayed for one night was clean

Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. The lady that makes the grits needs a raise!! They were outstanding!!

Some of items were very spicey and I wish they'd been indicated as such. I cannot eat spicey foods and got a bad surprise from the burrito!! Ouch!! Also...the coffee area - the garbage can needs to be located at the END of the process, not at the beginning. After adding creamer, sugar, sweetener, etc. we should be able to dump all the paper bits there, not have to go back to the beginning.

Call the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and the fourth floor hallway smelled amazing walking through 

 we would have liked more options for breakfast. There could’ve been bacon or sausage not just hash. There it would’ve been nice to have had cereal options for the kids. Maybe some danishes the toast was kind of still and we only saw everything bagels or sesame bagels, which really wasn’t something that the children would enjoy. Other than that everything was nice.

Great location. A lot of options for the complimentary breakfast. Wonderful having a small kitchen. Beds were comfy.

It would have been nice if the pool table was set up with pool sticks available in the room it was in. It would also have been nice if the pool had longer hours. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it because of this.

I loved my suite. the front desk staff was always helpful and genuinely kind all the time! thanks Cheryl for the billboard happenings. my bed was so comfortable. I found the housekeeping staff in the halls singing, they are happy!!! my 80 year old mom breaks out in song, when I wash her up lotion her down, she’s happy. thanks to maintenance fixing the cable so promptly. your staff must be treated well because they are “ happy people” I needed that!! ❤️

please warm up that pool. step up the breakfast bar no dried out turkey Pattie’s. 😊 There was a water leak in my bathroom from the bathroom vent at 4:00a ; but no worries the pretty young lady bought me towels and I went back to sleep with a 12 pm checkout! Because my stay was great, the leak didn’t matter

Staff is super friendly and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable. Free breakfast had great options for everyone.

We had a family suite, although beds were comfortable the sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable and springy.
