The location was excellent! Lots of places to eat that were close by and places to visit within a short travel distance. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is also a small shop in the lobby that offers various snacks/drinks for sale. While in the room we felt very comfortable and safe. There was very little noise while we were there and mostly only heard people while they were walking in the hallways. We did not visit the pool on our stay however it was open and there was always people enjoying it! The place itself was big offering a large room for breakfast, sitting areas to relax in the lobby and an outside patio area near the pool with tables and chairs. I would definetly stay here again!

Only trouble I had was the wifi connection wasn't very good. Didn't have very good reception within the hotel room and when connecting to the wifi you would have to put the password in several times. But it was a very small inconvenience.

I enjoyed my stay there, I am a manager for Marriott’s international and I only stayed to get away from my Marriotts which was the first time I stayed outside of my hotels. I actually enjoyed my room and the breakfast was awesome. Egg was hot, Bria greeted as I walked in and the front desk agent was very polite something I could have on my team. I am also very picky and I know what it takes to be professional and run a business. Those two ladies was great.

Rooms are small, but appreciated.

the room was clean and very comfortable. The Staff was courtesy and accommodating. Didn't get a chance to have breakfast had to leave much earlier than expected. The price was affordable and reasonable for such a nice location. Me and my husband will certainly come back again when in town.

there was nothing I didn't like or experienced negatively while there. Everything was Great!!!

Location to airport and food was convenient

Rooms had hardly any outlets and phone chargers. The desk outlet was hidden and no outlets by one bed, had to use the vanity outlet. Unfortunately kids were running up and down halls with no supervision and hotel didn’t seem to notice. The children were running at late hours too.

The property was ok for the value, it was clean for the most part, and quite for most of our stay. Until the night before a lot of kids was loud running the hallway. We was there for a basketball tournament and it was a lot of different teams staying there us being one. The breakfast was good. The pool was great considering it was indoors and it stormed a little during our stay.

The Caucasian security officer was very rude, people who had their doors cracked he was just opening their doors looking in without knocking. I felt that was weird and unprofessional.

Convenient to everything! The Norfolk outlets are behind Sleep Inn Lake Wright. The property has a nice indoor pool which the kids enjoyed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and as pictured on the website. Housekeeping was very nice. Includes hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, cold cereals, pastries, make your own waffles, coffee, juice.

I reserved 3 rooms for my family. I don’t like the fact they take half the room rate off your credit card before you get to the property. when checking in, you still must pay the whole room rate. I have to wait to have my money refunded which tied up my bank account. And it’s a holiday.

Nice cozy spot, pool area was very nice. Super comfy bed. Housekeeping were very nice

No full length mirrors in the rooms. Also couldn't see the TV channels the picture was extremely dark.

It was connected to the Norfolk outlets. So, shopping and a lot of good food was steps away from you. Conveniently close to Virginia Beach as well.

Walls were a little thin so you could hear neighbors throughout the night.

The pool was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

The rules for the lobby and breakfast were alittle much. Not being able to take food to the room. Having a dress code when the pool is out from the lobby.

police raiding rooms and keeping people awake throughout the night and didn't think that was fair to have to listen to All night especially when we abide by the law and she didn't have to put up with that
