It was really clean and the staff upon check in was so friendly! Loved that check out is at 12 not 11!

With check out being at 12 we decided to sleep in, at 10:00 someone was coming in our room, here it was the maids, didn't even knock!! Upon check out I said something to the front desk clerk and he said well we are busy today so they were checking to see if the room was empty, first of all let me make this clear we had NOT checked out, and they DID NOT knock, we had the metal door stopper on, that's all that stopped them and the desk clerk didn't care!

The hotel is clean and offers an indoor pool (not heated) with a spa (hot tub). It also has a gym and business center. There is always hot water for tea and coffee available at the reception area. We also enjoyed the free cookies in the evening. There’s also access to free wi-fi which is much appreciated.

There seems to be an issue with the drainage and our shower kept on backing up while we showered. This was uncomfortable and unfortunately the handyman was not available on the weekends and we stayed from Friday to Sunday. We were offered the option of changing rooms, but we had already unpacked and did not want to go through the hassle.

Location is great.

Housekeeping policy is that they will service your room every third day. In actual practice, they didn't appear until we'd been their four days, so they only came in once during an 8-day stay. We two people staying in the room, the tiny wastebaskets filled up within a day. The few towels provided weren't refreshed, and we quickly ran out of toilet paper.

I had asked for a quiet room and I think they took me seriously. We were on the 3rd floor, at the end of the hallway; away from the traffic noise, and I think that the surrounding rooms were empty. Very much appreciated. The breakfast (always number one with me) was good; sausage and scrambled eggs. There was a young lady "manning" the breakfast area. She kept everything clean and kept the food refilled. I did not give it the top grade; like is anything perfect? The heater was quiet. Clean comfortable beds. On future visits I would check out their availability first.

The breakfast had good variety; however, they might have had more fresh fruit. There could have been a towel rack in the bathroom. Clothes storage was in open shelves. When you remodel; add those higher toilets for older people.

This country inn was really a great place to stay. The room was large and comfortable. Our room was also very quiet, which we appreciated very much! The beds were not too firm or too soft. The shower was decent, but they didn’t provide shower gel, just so you know. The pool and hot tub seemed well maintained and clean. It also had long hours, open until midnight and also early in the morning, which was great! They had a decent spread for breakfast including waffles, bread, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee…pretty much what you would expect from an American continental breakfast. There was ample parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was packed with a group of school kids (sports team(?)) that were running in the hall, yelling and slamming the doors till late at night both days when we were there. It's not the hotel's fault of course and they could not do anythign about it. I just wish other people (parents and coaches in this case) were teaching the kids how to behave in the hotel and respect other people staying there.

Wonderful customer service, cleanliness of room and common areas, great amenities, area around the hotel is nice (lots to do around the area and great food options)

I don't have anything negative to say about the property or our stay (other than the people above us had kids that were running and jumping around at hours when we were trying to sleep, but the hotel was able to assist us with the issue).

Location and pool there..breakfast was nice especially when added bacon on Sunday..wish they had it weekdays too..the juice dispenser was awesome especially the cranberry. Parking was easy and one can walk almost anywhere from this location if desired

The mini fridge was noisy..sounded like a flock of pigeons were in the room..elevator was scary ..operation wasn't smooth. Needs updating on the elevator.

I liked at log about the hotel. I loved the continental breakfast. I loved the size of the room. I also loved the location. The hotel was super clean and awesome

Some of the things in the room itself. The bathroom had a light out in the main light. Not the vanity lights. They were perfect but the main light made the showering a little harder. The batteries in the remote were dying and they were screwed shut so I could not change them. Those were my only issues

I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel! I can also appreciate a noon checkout time. The breakfast had many options and the hotel was nice and quiet making for a nice stay.

The drainage of the bathroom shower and sink was the only thing I did not like. It took awhile for the water to go down unfortunately. My door also took a few tries to open.
