It was a nice hotel with a large clean room with comfortable beds, a decent but small breakfast and with a fitness room and pool open all day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was just up the street from the Capitol.

The cleaning policy was strange for the prices they charge. They don’t properly clean your room until the 5th day. On a four night stay, there is one day of Express cleaning which means they change your towels and empty the trash. This is a bit off-putting to be honest. We might stay there again when we return to Madison next summer, but we will definitely shop around.

The queen double room with pull-out sofa was shared by 5 people and worked fine for our group. The room was spacious and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the glass water glasses and china mugs for coffee!!! A treat rarely found anymore in hotel rooms. The staff were all very helpful, even though they were a bit frazzled from dealing with a days-long software outage that left them with only one operational computer. We were able to park 3 vehicles, free of charge, in the underground garage attached to the hotel. The hotel was a relatively easy walk to the Overture Center, our destination for the evening.

The beds and the pull-out sofabed were not as comfortable as some we've encountered.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of the capitol square and downtown area. Easy to find. Good parking. Breakfast was fairly complete. Staff were friendly and helpful. King corner rooms were spacious and well-accommodated.

I like a firm mattress, and the mattress in the room was very soft for my taste, so I ended up sleeping on the sofa a couple of nights. Pillows were also too skinny for my needs. This is obviously a personal preference, so will not be a problem for everyone.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping service did a great job. Free breakfast was better than most. I had a corner room with a good view (of the street below). Great location - within walking distance of all downtown venues, including farmer's market!

$20/day for parking was annoying, and it took some searching and practice to find the marked available spots in the garage. Need more useful channels on TV.

This place totally exceeded my expectations. The room was gigantic with a sofa, coffee station, desk, large bathroom, and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I didn't expect the room to be so good and the beds were cozy. I also appreciated the early check-in accommodation. We landed in Madison at 10am, so being able to get into the room early was icing on the cake. The location isn UNBEATABLE.

I wasn't too thrilled about the breakfast spread, it was the bare minimum. It would be nice to have a few more (and interesting) food options. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the place. I love our 3-day stay.

Rooms are gigantic with plenty of space to sit, work, and sleep. Bathrooms are well-stocked and clean. LOVED the breakfast selection - food is fresh and the spread is decent.

The bed and pillows were too soft for my taste. I had a hard time getting comfortable and felt like my body was not well-supported. But this is also a personal preference - I like firmer mattresses than most people. But this isn't a deal breaker.

Very large room. Super friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Large sectional sofa in the room. Small bar in the lobby. Very good breakfast. Great location for the capitol and state street.

In the more minimal side for amenities in the room (vanity kit, waters) but still way more the adequate. Expensive but it was a big game weekend.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Room was great. Hotel 2 min walk from State Capitol Building and square with restaurants and shops.

Roadworks all around the hotel, couldn't park to ask directions to parking lot. Eventually found it. Not hotels fault that most of downtown had road works. Nothing to dislike about hotel.

Clean and has everything you need. Comfy beds, good water pressure, bar and restaurant (limited), gym, and small pool area.

We enjoyed that they fulfilled our request to put the two rooms near one another. Coffee was excellent. Staff was fantastic. Kids enjoyed the pool. A short walk to the capital. Parking was nice

The remote to the room or how to get a guide was challenging. Had to pay for parking at the hotel.
