The level of service and comfort was unmatched. Everyone was so kind and polite, going above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable as possible (shout out to Mr Champ!). Room was huge, well designed with gorgeous sea views. Each element so well thought out, with so many varieties of amenities and for someone that prefers soft plush mattress and bedding this hotel was a Godsend. Location wise it's right on top of Nai Harn beach. Although it's a bit far from major action like Patong beach/Bangla Rd. I prefered the more laid back vibes of the area and the beach. For family travelers it's perfect. It's not in the middle of nowhere too mind you. Plenty of shops restaurants around. If you wanna order some food or grocery from Grab app you can. I would highly recommend get the room with breakfast included, cuz it was really really delicious with plenty of varieties changing up everyday. So long story short, luxurious stay, amazing views, amazing hospitality and delicious breakfast.

Breathtakingly beautiful property with brilliant service and an unimaginable location. The team was extremely kind and profession. The breakfast was wonderful, both the Cosmo restaurant and rock Salt had perfect dishes, when I say perfect I mean top notch, unmatched. Highly encourage half board for if you’re going for a short 3-5 days stay.

The Nai Harn resort is amazing. It feels like you're on a Greek island. From the large room and sea view balcony to the delicious breakfasts and friendly service, we were continually impressed. The pool was lovely as well. The only downside is that it's in Phuket - while beautiful, the island outside of the fancy resorts feels kind of run down. I can compare it to places like the Bahamas or the Dominican Republic. Overall, you'll encounter this juxtaposition of fancy resort and poor surroundings. We expected this, but not to the degree we saw.

There are many steps up to the various levels, and not many handrails, so if you are unsteady on steps, this might not be the resort for you.

Amazing breakfast, very nice room with a very nice view. Right in front of Nai Harn beach which is probably one of the best (not too crowded, no thrash, no boats), with a lot of commodities like stand up paddle equipment or snorkel.

When the cleaning team went to the room, there was clearly lack of care regarding bugs coming in, since the only day we asked for cleaning, when we arrived we had plenty of small bugs in the entrance, but also bathroom, bed and even in our luggage.

After a long business conference, Nai Harn was the perfect escape. After arriving early, they put me initially on a top floor moutain view room (which I had booked). I lamented that it was far from everything and with a quick 2 min call, the hostess was able to move me to a sea-view room with balcony on the ground floor! That was greatly appreciated. The pool, dining area and location next to Nai Harn Beach - which is pristine and amazing crystal clear water with some small waves and you are provided with chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, kayaks and paddleboard all pro-bono - was exceptional. Going to happy hour on the roof with live music as the sun is setting over over the beach was a truly magical experience. I never say this usually - but I would definitely consider coming back here again with my family! Kudos to Nai Harn - incredible place. Dont hesitate to book this place!

The pool area was lacking in appeal. the lift only reached 6th floor… we were on the 9th… so you need to be fairly fit as lots of stairs

The location and the views from the hotel are breathtaking. Right next to the beach, overlooking the sea from every part of the hotel. The food is exceptional, we had breakfast and dinner at Cosmo restaurant and also took a cooking class with chef Watt which was superb. Also delicious cocktails! The room was very spacious, modern, beautifully decorated and with every detail and comfort needed. And last but not least, all the staff we had the pleasure to interact with were very kind and professional. Nik at the tour desk was very helpful. One of the best hotels we've stayed at.

The room with the sun bed and balcony was beautiful and really worth the money. We loved the view, it was spectacular and had nice atmosphere. We got upgrade from deluxe room to suite. Room was perfectly clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, good shower, we appreciated also free coffee capsules. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. We loved the welcome drink and also the fruit basket in the room. The hotel was in a good location, we loved also the views from the hotel and the lush vegetation that was growing all around. Beach was clean, there were friendly life guards who really cares about the safety. Beach was good for a little bit fun, but not really for swimming now in the low season. The view from the pool on the beach chairs was also awesome and very enjoyable.

The breakfast was not bad, but ordinary, the choice was ok - from everything a little bit, but it was the same every day - we liked the egg benedict. Breakfast was good but nothing special for 5 star hotel. The pool was a little bit small for such a big hotel. The employees were helpful, very neutral, overall friendly. We can't complain, but we also can't praise them. The restaurant in the hotel was very overpriced and the pizza for almost 20€ was not big or delicious. All in all we have nothing to really complain about. There was nothing that really bothered us. We have very good memories on our stay and it was very pleasant. We were very worried because of some bad reviews - but we couldn't relate to them.

The service provided by the staff was nothing short of excellent—every request was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with every dish tasting absolutely delicious. We also encountered a minor issue with a tiny leak in the room after heavy rainfall, but the hotel handled it flawlessly. Not only did they upgrade our room twice, but they also surprised us with a complimentary fruit bowl and a heartfelt apology note, which was a lovely touch. The views from the room were breathtaking and truly made the stay special. Waking up to those panoramic sights was an experience in itself. Overall, this hotel surpassed all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service.

Amazing resort, location is perfect overlooking the beach. Room was large and comfortable, with private lounge giving great views (though could have had more shade). The Nai Harn beach itself is one of the better beaches I've been to (clean water, relatively calm). The hotel had a butler permanently stationed at the beach to provide towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, kayak, etc. (all complimentary) which made a beach day super fun and easy. Snorkelling was surprisingly good (lots of fish). Breakfast buffet was amazing with a great range of options, one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. Overall a great resort experience.

On-site restaurants were quite pricey, though food quality was good. Pool is relatively small, though with the beach being so good it didn't really bother us.
