Location: excellent, on sea side, has promenade to one side and wide walkway along a street and wood on the other. One bus stops at the front of hotel, others bus connections and a shopping mall are 5-10 min away. Also 10 min to Tallin's zoo and same for Tallin's Open air museum. Free parking. Little noise in the rooms at the back of the building. Breakfast: Had basic but reasonable selection of dishes both warm and cold. Coffee machine is from another age - but ir did work well just don't expect a Latte or Cappucino from it. Milk and tea was available. We were visiting off season so mostly we were the only guests at the breakfast. Rooms: Clean and tidy. No bathtubs, just showers. Towels and hand soap were provided, but no fancy shampoos or body lotions in mini-bottles which we also didn't miss. Both rooms had tea and an electric kettle available. Air conditioning available in each room with manual control options. Pool: Hotel has a very nice about 15 m long pool, it's depth between 1.1 and 1.2 m. Water seemed ok both for kids and adults. Some swimming assist devices for kids would have made the stay at the pool more exciting for the kids. With few guests we had the pool to ourselves for most of the time. But it's available only in evenings from 18.00 to 22.00 as the hotel hosts a day Spa during working hours (didn't try that though). Sauna: Entrance is only from pool showers and separate to men and women. Had enough space for about 5 to 8 people, but never saw that many there. As some review have mentioned there are indeed no separate towels there - we had to take ours from the rooms, which was no issue. Lockers didn't have any keys, our suggestion is to leave ypur Rolexes and diamonds upstairs.

The hotel has seen better days but is being looked after and not rundown. Tripadvisor stickers and certificates of excellence displayed are from around 2011. Building, hallways and the facilities have their signs of wear and tear: some chipped tiles here and there, some stains on ceilings, cosmetic cracks on surfaces in bathrooms. Sauna showers would love to see plumber, but everything worked. And the drawbacks are also reflected in the price, so can be largely be expected.

I like the fact that the hotel is very close to a shopping mall and zoo( very walkable distance). The breakfast was good. The room was very spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the sauna.

THE BED. It was big enough but very low. The throw on the bed was horrible and ugly, plus harsh to the skin. The toilet was smelling of pee like it wasn't properly washed after the previous use. The bar isn't functioning, so it really gets boring just sitting in your room. The pool was a bit cold for me.

Hotel is very, very basic and defo shouldn't be rated as 4* hotel (to compare - all Radisson hotels in Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius has 4* stars and much better service). Artificial flowers everythere. the only live flowers on the terrace should be looked after. Beds wasn't comfy unfortunately. Swimming pool opened but jacuzzi not, looks like it has been covered for a while. Staff polite but not welcoming, when you ask a question - they answer. Lady in the kitchen was nice, smiled when I asked to opened the coffee machine. Beach nearby but not clean, not for swimming.

Location was a bit too much outside the center, but since we were travelling with a car, it was not a huge issue, at least it was quiet during the night. Everything was clean and staff was friendly, breakfast was good as well. Kitchen staff made sure there is always all kinds of food out .

Saunas were in the dressing rooms, i would have liked to go into the sauna together with my partner. Sadly the hot tub was also out of service, but we still enjoyed an evening swim and sauna, it was just what we needed after a long day in Tallin old town.

Hotel is quite far from city center, but it's perfect stay if you want to enjoy an event in an Arena near by. Or if you want to stay in a more quiet area right next to a sea. It took me around one hour to get from airport area to the hotel by public transportation, but it was high traffic time. The receptionist was very firendly and check in took only around five minutes. My room was clean and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. Check out was super easy and took me only few seconds.

Bathroom was a little bit cold for me. And since my room was on the side of a hotel facing the parking lot, there were some noises in the morning. I could also hear traffic rushing past the hotel in the morning. But these were small things and didn't make my stay uncomfortable.

The hotel was neat and nice. The first receptionist was nice and welcoming. The hotel is very easy to locate and navigate to. Close to shopping malls like lydl. Bus stop is also in front of it although we drove and there is also free parking.

The lady who checked us out was rude. We forgot some clothes in the bathroom, and she refused us to go back to pick it up, saying we had stayed past checking out. Not until my husband requested to speak with the manager, and then she followed us upstairs to pick it up. That was embarrassing, and i did not like it. Apart from that, i like everything about the hotel.

A cosy hotel with a sea view and the towers of old town. The room was clean: the bed comfortable. The kettle, the tea and 3 in 1 coffee included in the price.

If you get a ' sea view' room, know you also get a street view and noise that goes with it if you like to sleep with an open window. Separate saunas, so if you had in mind a romantic get away, this could disappoint you. There was a swimming pool with no extras in it. Good breakfast but no green nor herb tea as an option for breakfast.

Hotel is in beautiful place near seaside. We have really enjoyed the vicinity around. Unibet Arena is nearby in walking distance, as well as big shopping center. Hotel was very easy to reach by car. Breakfast was very good. Room was medium size, but in overall comfortable.

Nothing to complain. Time schedule of spa zone was not very long, so we missed it due to our schedule, but anyway it was not an issue.

The location was good for our needs - close to the skating rink, concert hall, shopping mall, open air museum (highly recommended). Also it is very close to the sea, but there is no beach, just promenade. The room was almost clean.

The hotel is too simple for the price we paid, definitely not 4 star. More suitable for a business trip, not holiday stay. Breakfast repetitive, quality below everage. Coffee awful and coffee machine very dirty. No parking space for bikes.

Location is wonderful! You are close to some of the main attractions, but far away from crowded city centre. You can park your car on property, sauna and pool is included in price and that is a definite plus. Good breakfast.

It could be cleaner. My room could have used some vacuuming, but it wasn’t bad enough to make me feel any discomfort. That also could be said about restaurant- two days in a row I was sitting in the same spot and tablecloth was a bit dirty, the same with chair covers . The table itself was a bit dusty.
