Location is perfect. Parking in front of the hotel is 20 euro a day. But parking just behind the hotel is free from 9 pm to 09 am and on sunday's (so Saturday 9pm till Monday 9 am)

Breakfast was ok but didn't exceed my expectations..... ;-)

Buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing. Close to wharf, 5 minute walk , city centre 20minute walk or catch a 10minute tram near the hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was an excellent location to access Helsinki from the ferry from Tallinn. They allowed us to store our bags in the luggage room before check-in. The breakfast had a large selection of food to choose from. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.

When we dropped our bags off in the morning, we asked if it was possible to check-in an hour early, if the room happened to be clean and available. They told us that we could come back 2 hours prior to check in and that it should be fine. We arrived one hour before check-in to inquire, and they told us we could check-in early, for 20€, that no one had mentioned before. We decided to just wait, but I didn't like that they weren't upfront about the charge in the beginning.

In easy walking distance to historical center of Helsinki. Quick and easy check-in, I also received a free upgrade. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Spacious room with bed, sofa, and desk. Ideal for those arriving or leaving by Viking ferry, terminal is 3 minutes on foot away. Free sauna on basement floor. Hotel is a former warehouse, giving it an interesting industrial vibe.

Room was initially too warm and window cannot be opened. The ventilation system took hours to cool down the room enough and I had to keep it running all night (this in late April when it was still pretty cold outside). Little natural light from only one small window. Furnishings are a bit dated. Coffee at breakfast is filter coffee. On some days, housekeeping did not make up room until 4pm.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is super, Viking Line/ Eckerö Line terminal is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is big, it has own restaurant/ bar. Also gym and sauna. The room was nice, it had all the necessities like blow dryer, safe, minibar, even in the shower there were different shampoo and body wash (big plus!). The bed was also comfy and during the night it was totally silent. Buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, the choices and options are quite big, and anyone can find something to eat.

During the night the room was a bit cold, however not uncomfortable (thermostat was at max).

The desk in the room allowed working comfortably. The hotel had placed me into a room located so as to ensure maximum quietness as requested. The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast room coped well despite the Joel being full. The hotel is in reality closer to the very centre than I remembered and, if you don’t want to walk even this short distance, the tram passes close by.

The placing of the main source of light in the room was a bit odd, the the end of the oblong room close to bed. Also the only switch was located at the opposite end of the room, next to the door.

Good 4 star hotel with nice facilities. Very near Viking line ferry Terminal, walking distance of 10 minutes.Also walking distance from local ferry point near market place.Big K -Market shop 5 minutes from hotel. Has Sauna and Gym for guests, unfortunately couldn't use either of them due to our short stay. Good Lavish Breakfast with lots of options for veg and nonveg. Take away breakfast was given as we left early on the last day. Bathroom size is also good. Has luggage storage Room for keeping luggage before or after checkin 24 hrs reception staff available who are very helpful.

Beds! Beds were not comfortable. Big Double Bed size is good but mattress was uncomfortable. Sofa beds are small and very uncomfortable It was tilted and uneven so had to ultimately put mattress on the floor and sleep!

I like the hotel facility. The hotel gym is great to use for short stay, the sauna is great too. Breakfast is amazing. However, it doesn't go for too long. Almost missed it on the last day. I like the hotel location to Helsinki city. You can walk anywhere from the hotel, close to the attraction. Enjoyed a bit of snow

The staff needs to wake up a bit. They are lovely but very unaware of situations. I would have appreciated telling us earlier about the play room for the kids so they can use that instead of chasing them around like a mad dog at the reception floor.

I enjoyed a lot staying at this hotel. My room was a decent size, clean, the bed was comfortable and I had a TV/fridge as well. The bathroom was clean with clean towels. No issues with the shower at all. The location was fantastic close to the center of the city with all the major attractions at walking distance. The staff greeted me in the early morning as I arrived at 3 am. The breakfast was good as well with a nice selection of food and drinks.

Nothing major really. I've read a lot of reviews that rooms at the hotel are hot due to the cooling system not functioning at all . I managed to sleep well at night. I only had to open the window to get some fresh air inside the room. It was totally fine.

Welcomed to the hotel by friendly receptionist, who would later be very helpful with my questions about tram tickets and the ferry terminals. My room was spacious, with a comfy bed and a good quality shower, which represented good value for money for somewhere a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Helsinki. Breakfast buffet options were varied, and tasted good, so was a nice way to start my day.

Only issues I had were that I couldn't work the lift with my keycard, no matter what I tried, but this could've been my fault. Also, the room was a little too hot at night.
