Great clean room, nice clean bathroom and bathtub. Tasty breakfast with a large selection of food. Everything was comfortable. The room was quiet enough for me.

There were no slippers in the room and the floor was quite cold. And in general it was cold a bit, although I set the conditioner to max. I was there for 1 night, so it's not so bad in general, but if you stay for a long time, then it would be a problem.

Loved the location,tram station,and bus station in front of hotel.Easy to navigate and easy to get center of Helsinki.Shop and restoran was at same building.Very very comfortable.Also wanna thank staff-when i put marking lable -Do not disturb-going to spent my day in bed-nobody disturbed me.😃

For me is the big issue,when windows cannot be opened.Also awful was the entrance to toilet room.Somebody’s intestine was exploded there and noone didnt bother to clean the mess.It was pretty disgusting.Cleaned it,survived.So little more attention.

It's a very nice hotel. The location is close to everything yet not in the most busy area, and the trams/busses stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are the right size and cozy. The breakfast has many options, and though I didn't need it I noticed that there was a whole corner with special products for allergies and such that looked like it had much varity. The sauna was my personal favourite. It's a big plus to have a S-Market in the basement for late hotel snacking.

Beds are so comfy, bath was amazing. Breakfeast also very good.

We didnt get those rooms we booked, but they upgreated our rooms. But it was cold.

Room was nice, asked for a bath tub and got it. Pleasant linen and comfy bed. overall clean and peaceful.

The breakfast staff was not having a good day. No one greeted me when I came in, there were 5 staff in the breakfast room and I was like the second guest to come in. Near my table there was a broken wine glass on the floor and shards all over. After about 15 mins the staff noticed this and came to clean up but did not bother to pick up all the shards or wipe off the wine stains. I could not believe what went down. The breakfast food was pretty good. Checkout again not very friendly.

The staff were very accommodating when I asked for a quiet room. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The hotel obviously has a cooperation with the hospital next door. Travellers will likely see people at interesting times of there lives: in the two days I was there I met several young couples with newborns, people on recovery from surgery and relatices visiting sick family members, which made for interesting conversations.

The reception was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was beautiful and clean. A refrigerator and a safe were in the room. Good transport connection to the city and port. The best connection to the city is by tram. The supermarket is open 24 hours on the lower part of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Windows cannot be opened in the room. But the room temperature was very suitable for staying in the room and I liked it. The air conditioner is well regulated.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked properly and was happy about an air condition during a heat wave. Bonus for having a chrome cast and a good view. Not quite in the city centre, but there are tram and bus stops right next to the hotel.

Not really anything negative to say. Just requesting to consider having a kettle in each rooms.

Location and staff.

The room design, one side of bed had bedside table, power sockets and the other side none. Also the window side of bed was tight fit to go toilet with the support pillar and TV in the way. Apart from that good and comfortable room.

The staff was very kind! Everything clean, modern and comfy. Very nice breakfast, lots of dishes to choose. Also liked the small shop at the reception and chance to buy warm drink after a long winter walk

I don't have anything that I didn't like. Maybe that we couldn't have a chance to stay longer :)
