I arrived at terminal 2, of which transport towards the hotel does not go. Since I didn't have Internet available and no idea of lay out and distances, I had taken a taxi to terminal 3 and from there took the shuttle bus. This whole process took about 1.5 hours. Afterwards it appeared the distance from terminal 2 to the hotel is the same as to the terminals, in other words it could be communicated more clearly that if you arrive at terminal 2 it's best just to take a taxi or uber directly to the hotel.

The Shuttle from the airport comes every 30 minutes. Don't listen to airport personnel trying to tell you that you just missed the shuttle, as they may be lying to sell you taxi services. We were told we just missed the shuttle, but 10 minutes later it pulled up. Our housekeeper Soc, was so kind and helped us with extra towels and water since we were going to be out the room for just a short bit.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood. It is safe, but not near any places to visit, although you can take the shuttle to the airport to catch the Metro into the city.

Fair price hotel located opposite airport. We arrived at 3am and this was perfect for putting kids to bed immediately and not having to book an extra night at our main hotel due to arrival time. We stayed one night prior to our onward arrival over on the Palm. Friendly helpful staff.

Transfer bus took close to 45 mins to complete (arrive and then drop us at hotel) which we could see from the bus stop! Had I known this I would have put family in a taxi. That was too long to wait at that early hour after a long flight. We purchased breakfast for 2 adults at a discounted rate upon check in. £95!!! Its my fault for not checking the exchange rate. I just agreed to it but it was not worth this money. Milk had run out, no table to seat us, bananas were not ripe, tea was luke warm, food was only just acceptable. Price was ridiculous for the quality.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good too. The staff were very kind and helpful. It absolutely worths the money specifically for short stays around DXB.

I wish they were more flexible with check in check out times free of charge.

This hotel was clean, and the people in the front desk were very professional and spoke very good English. very close to the airport and have frequent shuttle service between the hotel and the airport is a plus. It is a good choice for an overnight layover in Dubai airport

It is a little bit tricky to identify the location to take the shuttle. I have to call hotel before figuring out where exactly I should wait for the shuttle. If the hotel could include that details in the email they sent to us, that would be great.

The hotel was great and it offered great facilities, cheerful staff and simplistic check in and check out process. In addition, our room was cleaned daily during our 8 day stay without needing to ask. The breakfast had a good spread making our 8 days stay okay as the meals didn't get boring. What we loved most was the noise cancellation, in that we never heard any plane noises at all even though we were right opposite terminal 3. When we arrived, we opted for the taxi because we had read reviews that the shuttle was hard to find. However, during our stay we used the shuttle to connect to the metro stop at terminal 3 and the shuttle was dependable and a great addition. We also never heard a single noise from the ongoing renovations. We couldn't even if anything was ongoing or they had finished.

Everything was perfect for our stay.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Dubai International Airport Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Kamal and Riju at the reception for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, Bikas, the security guard, was always vigilant and courteous. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

It would be good if the shuttle bus service could improve. At least 4 of us (arrived at least 15 min ahead of schedule) missed the bus to the airport despite waiting outside the lobby at the point exactly where we were dropped off when we arrived. The bus was parked 20m away which made us think it was the resting time for the driver and not yet the service moment until the bus suddenly left. A simple notice at some prominent location as a sign of bus waiting could help, or even some slight personal attention of obvious waiting users with big luggages!

The location is superb. Very accessible to prime destinations around Dubai. Taxi service always on the spot. Breakfast extremely nice, very caring and warm staff at the breakfast reception and inside the breakfast room, very clean, neat and warm atmosphere in the breakfast eating room. Our room 075 was very clean and lovely. On the very first day of check in(the gentleman(Mr Kamal) who did our check in at around 1am on Monday) was very helpful, welcoming and very kind. Will definitely come again!!

All superb!!

Room upgrade is good, especially number of power points and walk in shower. Bathroom design minimalistic but clean and fresh.

1) Beds need upgrading as a bit soft. 2) There are a number of water leaks in the upgraded bathroom which the cleaning staff do not seem to report. 3) The hotel upgrade works were meant to be completed in September. However, most days in the 3 rooms opposite my room there was painting works, upgrading, moving of stock all creating smells and noise. 4) My room had a connecting door and I could hear the occupants of the next room when they spoke or had the TV on. The sound insulation was not good.
