They do not allow checked bags or late check out so you have to leave right at 11:00. I had a late afternoon flight so I wanted to go to the beach until noon but I could not because they don't hold bags all I had was a backpack. If I had known this I would have just booked an Airbnb because they provide more value otherwise, booked the hotel so I could have hotel amenities like bag check or late check out which they don't offer.

Nice location, lovely pool area

Unfortunately, the only day I’ve been staying there, there was a power cut, so for a couple hours there was no electricity or hot water… not hotels fault but it spoiled the experience.

this property was not overcrowded, The staff was very helpful and professional and the multiple pool options we’re great and I especially liked the heated pool part. The whole vibe and design are definitely South Beach. The resort fees and taxes were reasonable for the accommodation. I would definitely go back very soon.

parking Options weren’t great… The nearest option is literally within the same block and they’ll charge you anywhere between $40 and $60 for overnight/per day. definitely something The property should emphasize a little bit more prior to allowing customers to book at their property for the posted rate..

This hotel is beautiful! it encompasses three buildings in one of the best locations in SoBe IMO. We stayed in a great spacious king suite and extended our stay for several more nights. Loved the design. If you're traveling by car there's a private parking garage across the road for about $40/day. Livia and Rosy were most welcoming and kind not only to my husband and me but they also adored our two rat terriers. This is a super pet-friendly property...free dog treats all day in the lobby and no extra fee, just a security deposit. Very rare and much, much appreciated! The four of us are truly grateful for the service and room upgrade. Thank you so much!!! We will be back.

we got upgraded to a king suite and that made our stay much better. We had to book last minute because the hotel we had originally booked cancelled our stay 2 days before travelling and we came across this hotel with the help of booking.com and we couldn’t have asked for a better deal! Staff was very professional and helpful. Very close to the beach and the rooftop pool was the perfect spot to relax!

The only thing that was a bit frustrating was not having a phone in the room so every time I had to call reception I had to use my mobile at a charge since we were using our UK number to call. We were staying in another building from where the reception was so if we needed something we either had to cross the street into the other building or calling using our cell phones.

I stayed here for a week. I liked that my room was big, clean, and comfortable. I loved the rooftop pool area. The AC and wifi worked with no issues. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that the hotel was secure and you needed a code to enter the building. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. The location was excellent for attending pool parties in the area and for accessing the beach, shopping, and dining. There's also a convenience store close by that has everything you need.

At one point during my stay the elevator was not working for a day or two. They unfortunately don't store your luggage, but you can hang out at the pool with your luggage if you're waiting for a flight.

Convenient location. There is a bar in the hotel, another bar and a grocery store opposite. Also nearby is CVC. The beach is close. Not noisy. Polite staff. The rooms are well cleaned. There are enough towels and they are changed constantly. Beach towels are clean and dry. There is good unobtrusive music playing in the pool.

- Old TV with 2 channels. There was no way to even connect your YouTube. There are two useless TVs in the room. - The pool was heated well only on the first day. on other days the water in the pool was cool. The wooden sunbeds need to be replaced, they are uncomfortable. - The windows in the room do not open, so there is a musty smell. - On the last day of our stay, the elevator in our building stopped working. - AMEX cards are not accepted at the reception. It’s good that my friend had another credit card with him, otherwise we would have nothing to pay the deposit with.

I stayed the Riviera Hotel in Miami 1 week ago. I arrived at the 20th street, vibrant area walking distance to the ocean drive. Cosy outdoor seating. With a smile, a cookie, and lucky upgrade, I checked in. Plan was to explore the vibrant area, but I choose to discover the book collection at the reception. I took 2 books to my room, althought I am not a dedicated reader as the classic look and feel of the desk kept me reading. I extended the Beautiful experience. Thanks guys !

What a fantastic place! I'm puzzled as to why the overall rating is so low. It's only a 3-minute walk from the beach, and there's a CVS right on the corner where you can find snacks and drinks 24/7, which is very convenient. On Thursday nights, there's live music, and the noise protection is excellent; when you close the balcony, you can't hear any noise from outside at all. If you're looking to save on parking, there are multiple garages within a 5-minute walk with lower rates across the street. Most hotels in the area don't offer free parking because it's not feasible. The only downside is that we enjoyed spending time on the balcony so much that we didn't get much sleep 😅 The woman with short hair at the front desk has a very positive vibe 👍🏻
