The nice sized room!

That they didn’t accept service animals. Never said no pets/service animals when paying for the room. Then when we tired extending our stay At first they didn’t want to charge the same card used to get the room cause the person wasn’t there to resubmit their Id! Then last second came to the room and told me to come to the front desk so they can do it! Smh I was so confused. Once he seen my chihuahuas in their crate he immediately said nope we will refund you right now! And that was the end of the conversation.

For the price, the room was clean, well stocked, and the bed was far more comfortable than more expensive properties in town. Also very quiet and they ask the smokers to smoke off the property, with a laundromat and donut shop across the street it is an ideal place to stay if just in town for work.

The entrance to the property is a little confusing, I wasn't sure where to park while checking in. Ended up having to walk more than I wanted to get to the office. For some reason their payment system triggered my bank's fraud protection which made for a little delay at check in.

Accommodation was cheap. The room was spacious. The parking lot is also reasonably large.

I stayed for 6 days, but the towels were never changed. Is there an extra charge for changing towels? I've stayed in many motels over the years and have never experienced anything like that. I left a tip on the bed every day when I left the hotel, but the sheets and towels were never changed. Of course, the chips were still there. It could have been resolved by telling the front desk, but I'm not very good at English. But other than that, it's a very honest and good hotel.

The motel was fine I'm unhappy with booking .comtgere rates were higher than the hotels and I couldn't get the price best guarantee of any points to my stay I've been here five days already and would of saved double if I hadn't used bokibg .con

Good location, decent place

I was attending a work related seminar, that I ended up not having to attend. I was not able to cancel my reservation without a charge whole reason I use Booking.com is to be able to cancel without a charge. I don’t know why you made this agreement with this property that there would be a charge for cancellation, I’ve only use the cancellation once 

We really appreciate the location, availability, Price, coffee in the room, shampoo, friendly and accommodating staff, restaurant in lobby, other restaurants, nearby, room with balcony and table and chairs, spacious room, quiet area. 

No breakfast and lobby restaurant didn’t serve breakfast. Pool closed. Painted cement needs redoing. No elevator.

WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR CHECK OUT THE MAIDS WERENT KNOCKING ON MY DOOR ASKING ME IF I WAS CHECKIN OUT OR NOT THEY ALREADY KNEW HOW LONG I WAS STAYING SO IT WAS PEACEFUL.

I HAD FRESH TOWELS.. THEY WERE CLEAN FROM THE WASHING MACHINE BUT THEY WERENT FLUFFY SMELL GOOD FRESH.

It was quiet and comfortable with a helpful staff.

Well it was during Hot August Nights so we paid a premium although it wasnt a vacation but during our move it was delayed but we already gave notice at previous place so we ended up having to get temporary location while we wait for rental.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent gluten free pizza next door.

The hallway to the rooms could use more frequent vacuuming. It was winter, so I understand they would have less staff to clean up the greater mess tracked in. That was the only thing that could be improved. It was an excellent stay.

The room had been partly upgraded and it was nice. The check-in staff were great. The location was road noisy for a while but then it was very quiet.

The front door didn't seem to lock very well from the inside. It looked like it had been kicked in at some stage. I am sure that will be addressed with the upgrades in progress.
