Location was incredible for Richmond Half Marathon! Property was lovely.

I had a quote from Booking.com for $478/night (including fees). I was charged $600! My confirmation number is: 3782244940 The hotel is avoiding me. I have called several times to question the discrepancy, and they do not call back or say they cannot handle my request bc the manager is busy or pre-occupied. Hmmmm.

The staff was wonderful -- so nice and efficient. The room was unusual but excellent -- a u-shape at the end of the building on the top floor with gobs of sunlight. Spectacular view. Bed like a just-right-firm cloud. Fabulous bathroom.

No closet, so one has to hang clothes on hooks along a wall with arty clothes hangers. Would have preferred a bigger desk, but there isn't enough room. Picky stuff -- sorry! The parking: handy garage right next door, but the system for getting in and out (calling an automated operator) is a pain. Why must we do everything with our phones? $20/day.

Cool and quirky hotel--very fun decor and vibe! Room was lovely-- and spotless. I received a welcome drink coupon which was a nice touch--full bar in lobby--and The lobby is very well=appointed--games, snacks, etc. . . There is also a "help yourself" closet for extra stuff (toiletries, towels) that you can access yourself which is very nice.

Hallways are pretty dark--I likely only notices because I was traveling alone and didn't love the walk to my room.

(What breakfast?) The staff was friendly and the room was really nice - very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished! The drink card made for a nice welcome!

The parking was very confusing! I’m sure the staff did explain how it worked, but there was too much information to take in at once. A little business card with parking instructions given at check in would be very helpful! I missed having a coffee maker in the room.

A lot of wasted space in the design of the room. Noise coming from heater / a/c unit. I contacted the front desk for a room change to find out that the buzzing sound was in every room. No mini fridge. You also have to pay for parking as a hotel guest — factory that into the room cost when booking.

Great location, friendly staff, cozy room and hip decore, lobby area with a lot of pass-time options for adults and kids. We also liked the view out of our window.

In-room storage might be a bit tight for some - wasn't an issue for us🙂 Locker space is available as needed.

Maybe have a few more low budget breakfast options but past that, it was fairly pleasant. No real complaints.

The g**d**n parking. It’s all street parking or park in the lot run by the Presbyterian church next door that charges you 20$ per day for parking.

I was surprised and disappointed to find my "twin room" reservation was "Bunk Beds" . TV was huge and the ladder to top bunk was in the middle of the screen when trying to watch the tv. In the big scheme of things not a major issue, would have been good to know when making the reservation.

The breakfast was okay we ate what they stocked. Great location. Fun staff. I liked the funky style and creativity of the hotel

Maybe more breakfast options. Most hotels give you breakfast, this one does not have a free full breakfast

What breakfast? I must have missed that lol

It took weirdly a very long time to get served a drink at the bar, even though I was the only one there. Also, I had three tickets for comped drinks and none of them would cover the single glass of wine I requested.
