Very conveniently located. Just few minutes to underground.

Staff were very helpful

The room was spacious and the night manager was very helpful when I didn't have a charger for my phone. Gave me one. Breakfast buffet was ok. Good pastries.

No veggie options in the breakfast. Would be nice to get veggie sausages or mushrooms or something for people who don't want meat. And there's no bottled water in the hotel. I found that odd. None in the room or at the bar!

The hotel is modern, clean, elegant and comfortable. The stuff is friendly and useful, breakfast is very generous and the bar and restaurant has both good options available 24/7. It's really convenient. In a short walking distance there are 2 tube stations (Picadilly, Central) and some chain restaurant (Nandos, Burger-King, 5 guys) as well, near the 'Odeon'.

If you are a tourist coming to visit london- The location might be tricky. The hotel is located at the far end of Zone 3 and this means *at least* 40 min in the tube to get to central london (or back). The area around the hotel is industrial and the hotel itself is located on a main road. No evening stroles, no cosy bars around the corner, no people walking the streets. Once you get back to the hotel from your day - you stay inside for the rest of the evening. For me - this is a not a problem, but you should consider for yourself.

The room was very comfortable, plenty of room for 2. Bathroom was modern with shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, I would have liked some cooked tomatoes with my English breakfast. Food was hot and covered.

It was a bit too far out for me.

Room bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. Many options for breakfast. Very close to 2 tube stations (Piccadilly line and Central line).

Nothing interesting nearby the hotel. Need 40 minutes by tube to get to city center.

The hotel is very close to Park Royal Underground station, breakfast was great, the restaurant is offering food 24/7 although the menu is then limited to just couple of options.

Parking under the hotel was good - the bed we found quite hard - one key to the room was awkward as I came back from my meeting only to find that my wife was shopping with friends in London and so I had to travel elsewhere until my wife returned to the hotel in order to gain access to the room - this happened on both days that we stayed with you.

The hotel was much cleaner than our previous stay and no obvious litter and black bags laying around - so much improvement. The choice of breakfast was marvellous but Egg & Bacon & 2 slices of toast was plenty for us - Tea & Fresh Orange - I would stay again.

Location, comfort and very helpful staff

Nothing, few months ago I made a comment about a hot water machine for breakfast and it was there, this time. Well done.

Hotel was very modern with clean well maintained facilities. Located on Picadilly Line which made travelling to attractions fairly easy Room came with a wide flat screen TV and nice comfortable beds.Bathroom was fantastic with several amenities, toiletries available. Cleaning and furnishing was exemplary and breakfast was always excellent

Some staff could’ve been a but more hospitable but overall customer service from staff team was good. Fitness centre multi-purpose cable machine was missing a hook that prevented functionality and it didn’t seem to have been noted.

The train was right on your door step easy access to London center or others

Could of drawn us in for food in the evening, as we traveled to weatherspoons for food.
