Great location for tube, bars and restaurants

Quiet for location. Nice sized room. Great shower.

Boutique, close, short walk to queen Elizabeth Line and tube, and a lot of shops, casual food places. Great breakfast of high quality. Bed comfortable.tv and bathroom function well.it was quiet.Hotel has nice dining area and cute bar lounge.staff welcoming and professional. 20 minute ride to Heathrow or Kensington or st Pancras.

It's a bit dated in places. Overall, fine.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, at a walking distance from Ealing Broadway station. There are many options around to eat. The rooms are of good size for London standards. The ground floor has been recently maintained. The guest floors need maintenance (painting, change the carpets in the rooms, more comfortable pillows). The staff is as always amazing. Special thanks to Katia at the reception, Justin at the breakfast and Marianna from housekeeping.

Rooms need freshning up and more comfortable pillows, the current ones are too soft and too low.

The room was spacious, clean, full of daylight and with astonishing view. Amazing, always smiling staff. We were provided two separate blankets, just like we asked in the reservation. Beds were very comfortable as well as pillows. The hotel`s location is great, just 5 minutes walk from the station (Elisabeth Line and tube lines directly from the Heathrow airport and to the central London). Very quiet location, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants just around the corner. The breakfast was heaven. You can choose from sweet, real full English breakfast, and they are amazing, they care about the people with food allergies as well, providing gluten free bread freshly baked. The great and pleasurable stay from the second we entered the hotel till the end. Will definitely return.

You need a special convertor for the socket if you need to recharge your pc or mobile phone, as there are only UK sockets, unfortunately just one for the whole room

Breakfast was fair but the staff didn’t offer toast or show me where it was until I asked! It surprised me that the staff didn’t provide the staff when my cooked breakfast was served! The cereals and juices etc.. , could have been brought foreward where guests were sitting. These were located and tucked away from the guests in a corner! Lighting and furniture was dark! But it’s my understanding this is being addressed.

I’ve just outlined my concerns! The cooked breakfast lacked quality and value! Fair quality sausage. Fatty bacon. One flat mushroom. The smallest single hash brown and a small pot of beans put on the main plate. Butter not melted enough! No side plates and knife with main plate setting! Small disposable dispenser napkin! That should have at least been 3ply square! All my suggestions for improvement would cost pennies and price and profit would be able to increase considerably with very little outlay or effort.

Really really friendly and helpful staff, perfect location and quiet. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I came for a business trip and it was great to have also a table to work on sometimes.. there was enough space for everything

I thought it was a bit dark, in the evening if I wanted to do paperwork after the sun went down. I guess a brighter light or a light by the working table would have helped. The other thing was, that It took me quite some time to figure out how to turn of the AC, I felt a bit cold the first two days but again, it was a very nice place and I just wore another pullover when I felt cold =)

Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. Ealing Broadway station an easy walk less than 10 mins. Elizabeth Line/Central & District Lines. Located between Heathrow and Central London. Modern, spacious well equipped room with heavy lock out drapes for the morning. Best of all, the staff are wonderful. Really helpful and professional. Great continental or full breakfast. Lovely urban view on the higher floors facing Bond St. Beautiful Ealing/Walpole Park nearby.

Oh yes, a hotel to rave about. Very pleasant and courteous staff and service, room was a very good size, good and clean decor and comfortable with decent shelving in the bathroom !!! Breakfast was proper job. DO reserve your parking as only about 6 spaces but good size public under cover parking 3 mins walk away. We will now use Xanadu as our go to hotel when in London. 11 out of 10, thanks for a great stay.

Parking spaces are tight but well worth the convenience. Otherwise, won't fault anything.

Such a friendly and helpful welcome from staff at reception. Room was good size with large window to let in lots of light. Everything was clean and comfortable. The toiletries, handwash, lotion, conditioning shampoo and body wash, were lovely to use. I had a drink in the bar the 1st evening of our stay and the lady was lovely friendly and helpful, even reminded me of free wifi in the hotel and helped me with the password. We decided to extend our stay for another night, again the lady at reception was very helpful and efficient. Great location, nice neighbourhood to have a stroll and a coffee in the morning before getting train / underground to city for some site seeing / shopping. Would highly recommend.
