Location close to the auto route, making it ideal for travellers for a night or two. Secure parking on site. Restaurant on site. Lovely garden and pool area with pleasant outdoor terrace for dining. This is a very strong feature of this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms. Very good breakfast.

Unwelcome loud and inappropriate music on the dining terrace. Having to borrow a hair-dryer from reception. A bit mean about extra pillows, no hand towels or face washers. No tissues. For the price, tea and coffee would be nice, like Campanile.

Easy and accessable by car with enough parking spots. Perfect stay during my business trip, the restaurant was good, i can recommend to take some Gyiosa's as starter. Stuff was nice and everything ready as expected.

The scrambled eggs could be a bit warmer, but that's really not a big dower as there is plenty of other food on breakfast buffet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great range of good food for breakfast. Room a good size, quiet and comfortable. Location handy to the motorway but also a short drive to the city centre. Also the terminus of the No.8 bus is just outside the hotel. Large garden to relax in. Swimming pool.

Could hear people in room above. No hangers in wardrobe. Dee jay music at dinner time too bassy and loud. Needs to be more laid back. Lack of help for tourist info for the town and region. Had to rely on Google.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of free parking available. Breakfast is decent and there are a few bakeries in the neighborhood for breakfast options too. Warm and friendly staff.

Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. Good breakfast. close to bus stop for easy access to downtown Aix. Free parking was great. Quiet area since it is a bit outside of town.

Bathroom was small. AC only worked ok. It is located a little bit outside of Aix.

The hotel is fun and friendly it has a pool large garden area and a good bar and restaurant. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet .

It was a little far out of town but an easy bus ride . I did have some ants in my room but not a big deal .

When we travel because of the work, we always stop in this hotel. It's not far from the highway, the staff is very nice & kind, rooms are clean, food is very nice.

We loved our stay at the Ibis in Aix. The staff was superb!! The check in staff was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, loaning us an iron, getting extra towels. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The location is perfect for touring Aix or taking day trips to the Valensole for the lavender, Arles and Cassis.
