Location is close to the train station (Avignon Centre) and it is inside the city walls. It is spacious, on the ground floor, and has kitchen facilities. While I did not use the laundromat, this would be convenient for travellers on long trips.

Because the shower cubicle is not very big, the shower curtain keeps clinging on me when I take a shower. Not sure how often the shower curtains are thoroughly cleaned if this clings on to different guests. Note the opening and closing times of the reception. If you need to leave your bags for storage for your last day, they only open at 9am while I was there during weekdays(unsure if this is different for weekdays/ weekends/ seasons). The morning and day tours that I have gone on seem to start between 8.30-9am so if this is on your last day, best to check timings.

We could walk to the attractions in the old town and it wasn’t too far to walk to the train station. The room was spacious, on the ground floor, in a quiet area with good security. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a fridge and a Microwave, and a kitchen table with comfortable chairs. Bed linens and towels were very nice. I would happily stay there again if I ever return to Avignon.

The location of this Residence Les Cordeliers is within the medieval town walls of Avignon. The place is basic, with a small kitchenette and fridregator, toilet & shower room, good bed with well maintained bedclothes and linen. A very clean place. For the winter time visitors: air-conditioning is warming the room with the temperature as you prefer. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This is our second stay at the Résidence Les Cordeliers. We spent a week here last year in the spring. We were impressed then and remain impressed. Great value for money. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. The kitchenette was also well kitted out for simple self catering. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We expect to visit again.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a little sitting area in the studio. The AC worked well and the kitchenette was well supplied. The location was within walking distance to the station and in a quiet area. It was a lovely walk into the centre along pretty streets. It was great to have laundry facilities too! All staff were friendly and helpful.

A short 8-10 mins from the train station. Arrived on the bus and got dropped off at the train station.This is really an apartment suitable for families. It is large enough for a family of 3-4. Sufficient storage space and the air conditioning works well.

Late serving of breakfast at 8:00 meant that early travel was precluded or a hasty breakfast was to be had. Extra cost for the breakfast. Have to remember the complicated security key system to get in, out and use the lift to get to the room.

Simple studio but clean and well equipped with boiler, little kitchen and a table for 2. The location is perfect for visiting the whole center of Avignon on foot. Very useful the private parking inside the hotel (15 euros per day). The reception was close but we managed to get the key from a security box.

I didn’t have the breakfast! There was breakfast?? But I loved have a little kitchenette. The location was great. The price was right. I could easily see staying there for longer.

There was a problem with my pin code. So, I was locked out and bewildered for an hour, at night , before someone came and let me in. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant though. And it all worked out.

Kitchen had only a small saucepan. And it had 2 hotplates for the stove tops. Luckily we had our own utensils and we managed. They are closed from 12-2pm for lunch. We had to wait when we arrived. They gave us directions to the appart-hotel with street names, which are not the easiest to read; so we ended up getting stuck inside the old city with one-way streets to negotiate. Wasted time navigated through. Parking is free inside the walls , 7pm - 8am. Tough to get spots, but we were lucky enough to find a spot. There is a huge geyser in the tiny bathroom; blocking a bunch of space.

This is a students residents that rents out apartments during the off season (i imagine). It is a beautiful historical residence, clean and efficient. I liked the location close to the station and in a quiet street very close to the center. Price appropriate

The apartment is very small, good for a short stay but there is not enough space for 2 people. For us it was ok though
