The hotel is very well located, within a few minutes walk of the Cathedral. Other reviews say the parking is narrow - this was not my experience. We have a relatively large estate car and were able to park easily. The room was a very good size, and nice and light.

The hotel sits on the corner of a busy road near the station, with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. There is therefore a lot of noise from the station, the bars and restaurants and traffic generally. This can carry on relatively late into the evening. The rooms would benefit from a kettle and a mini fridge.

It was great to be upgraded to junior suite and a lovely surprise after a long drive. Room was very clean and spacious.

No tea/coffee making facilities and not clear how to call reception and ask for a drink to be bought to the room. I was really shocked and disappointed to be firstly charged for a cup of tea in the morning as there were no in room facilities and then to be charged €9!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted for essentially a tea bag water and a dash of milk! For the room price I would have at least expected tea making facilities and most places provide a biscuit too. We’ve stayed in many bed and breakfast and we would expect this as a bare minimum in this price range

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice reception area and bar. Offered welcoming cold drinks on arrival. Upgraded to junior suites which was first for us so thank you. Car parking very secure and a member of staff took us to the garage area. A lovely stay!

We found it difficult to access the hotel as we were unsure if we were allowed to drive our car down the road as per our sat nat. Being English we were not sure of the road signage We ended up taking another route in. Perhaps some clarification for customers with their booking details might be helpful

Property was perfectly situated with easy access and short walk to city centre. Quiet rooms and a good night sleep although it’s across from the train station. Parking was a bonus but the spaces were very narrow and difficult to get into and out of. Pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. This is our second stay at the hotel.

we were not told before or on confirmation survey of our booking that we needed to book for a parking space so was very disappointed that after. 7 hour drive we had to find somewhere to park and drag our luggage back.

I like this place as my Russland motherland for many years. I feel myself in my atmosphere among collections of objects art. I like very kind woman from kitchen and reception. She is delicious kindly and she is from Asia and smiles every moment. Every time when I saw at her I remember my mother. Service and breakfast is very high quality. Especially breakfast it is magical. Merci for all stuff to make my visit so happy. All of you became my friends.

As soon as you arrive the staff are welcoming and helpful. They called the night before to see when arriving. We had reserved a parking space and a member of staff showed us to the exact place. Great service. There is a lovely bar area open until late. We had a Junior Suite which was modern and roomy. The breakfast was good and there was no wait. If arriving by train it is very near. Central Chartres is only a few minutes away.

Our room overlooked a busy road due to being near the station. It wasn't an issue and the room was well sound proofed.

The location was very central…directly opposite the (beautiful) main station and square and easy walking distance to cathedral . Car parking was available at an extra charge but it was worth it as it was secure but you need to book your space in advance.

Possibly the cost of the breakfast at €18 was a bit steep but a good selection provided.

Chartres is a fantastic city to stay. We were surprised by the splashing Light Festival that started just on the day before we arrived. Chartres also offers good restaurants, a very nice city walking tour and good museums. The hotel is ideally situated between the railway station and the city center. The hotel offers a good parking facility at a reasonable price.

The breakfast is too expensive for people who only like coffee and a croissant. A simple continental breakfast would solve that problem.

The Hotel is in a very good location for the train and to visit Chartres Cathedral. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

There was a young man learning hospitality and he needed to be aware that he should pay attention to customers. He was only interested in his own paperwork and that was not a good impression. The women that had worked in other hotels were much more helpful , friendly and professional.
