The hotel was easy to find just off the ring road and dispite being close to the road there was little road noise during the night. The member of staff was welcoming and checkin easy as was check out. The room was fairly spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower room had everything necessary for an overnight stay. As normal in a budget hotel in France breakfast was buffet style but we were both impressed by the exceptional selection offered and the presentation was also exceptional in its layout. The staff we met the morning of our departure were friendly, cheerful and looked as if they enjoyed there work and one took the time to come and ask us if we had everything we needed and if we were satisfied with our stay. We don't normally travel this route at this time of day but our experience might change our minds about route and stopover. Thanks to all the staff. An exceptional stay and service

No dislikes although some of the decor in the room needs attention this didn't detract from the stay

The room was lovely and modern. It was a big family room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was really nice with a great selection for our whole family.

We didn't like the fact that after ordering a couple of beers (and them being opened by the staff) they then told us the card machine was broken even though we'd paid for our room by card 10 minutes earlier. We were asked to drive to a cash point to get money, they did say we could pay the next morning. After struggling to find a cash point that night we asked a different member of staff if the card machine was working and they said it was so we paid by card in the end. Mt only gripe is that had they told us about the card machine prior to opening the beers we would have left them.

Bed was comfortable and location was perfect travelling back from south of France. Plenty of eating options in the location, locked parking on site. Family room on 3rd floor and no lift so if mobility issues you would struggle. Room was comfortable and clean, carpet to room was shabby and needs upgrading. Breakfast was perfect and had good options available.

Its basic obviously cost reflects this otherwise no issues.

Convenient location for breaking our journey as we travelled through France. We booked a family room for 4 and there are at least 2 layouts, 1 with bunk beds. Breakfast was good.

No lift. We stayed twice in different family rooms. We all agreed the beds were uncomfortable on the first visit staying on 3rd floor. Bathroom and shower was very small.

Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond what could be expected. Easy to find. Good breakfast with properly boiled eggs and nice tea! Lots of places to eat nearby including an O'Relais.

The decor was looking a bit tired if that's your thing but everything worked and it was spotless.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very tasty with a good choice. The room was well insulated from noise and the air conditioning worked really well.

The location was 40 minutes walk from the centre of Chartres or a 10 minute taxi ride. The mattress was a bit too firm/thin.

Really convenient stop on the way South on family holiday. The room was big enough for 2 adults and our teenage boys on arm chair bed converters, big buffet breakfast always good value before heading on.

It was all good. Possibly more tea and coffee making facilities in rooms but it's all downstairs anyway so am happy with everything.

Spacious and comfortable room for 3. Comfortable beds and pillows, nice shower room, separate toilet. Close to motorway.

Breakfast was not up to the usual Ibis standard, no madeleine cakes and not much choice of tea.

Our family room was in 3rd floor without elevator, but that wasn’t so much trouble for one night. Staff does not speak much English, but that can be expected in France. Wifi didn’t work well on our room. Also I wasn’t able to make charger work for my car.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was huge with comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially with our daughter. Perfect stop over.

Nothing although a lift would have been a bonus
