Convenient location for Dieppe Town Centre and especially for the Belvedere Commercial Centre with many varied shops and Flunch restaurant. Flunch serves a very good menu at an excellent price and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room we were given was on the ground floor as requested but the bed had one side against the wall, making it very difficult for one of us to get out, especially overnight. It was explained that the bed was that way to allow more room for wheelchair users - although less able than years ago neither of us (81 & 92 years old) uses a wheelchair. In fact a wheelchair user would've had even more problem with the orientation of the bed !!

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The room was simple but just what we needed to get a good night sleep. 7 year old slept above us in a bunk bed and little one in a cot which was provided by the place. We paid for breakfast and could help ourselves to tea coffee toast and cereals in the morning which was great.

The cot wasn't ready in room when we arrived at 11pm. But the friendly receptionist happily sorted it out for us and gave us extra bedding and sheets for it!

Staff were extremely helpful no matter what time of day or night it was. Top crew, friendly, helpful, with a great sense of humor. What more could you possibly ask for from the staff when you're spending the night somewhere :) I would stop there again without any hesitation whatsoever.

Not much room for three adults in one room, but hey, it's a F1 ... It's the whole concept of these hotels, cheap, handy, quick ... it's just to sleep, use the bathroom, have a quick bite in the morning & off you go. So it's not critique or negative comment in fact. But I wouldn't have mind to have a bit more space :p

The staff were very helpful and offered a change of room as the TV wasn't working. The price is good for Dieppe and it was useful being offered free cancellation. The room was warm and the wifi worked well.

The staff were exceptionally good, flexible and accommodating. The room was warm. The hotel is in a peaceful location and close to Auchan. It is also walkable from the city centre and port. The wifi and TV worked well. I would definitely hope to stay again.

While the room was mostly quiet, there was some noise, I think from a dog yelping.

We have used this hotel many times in the past as an overnight stop before catching the Ferry back to the UK. We have always found the staff courteous and the place clean.

Staff were organised, and friendly. I was in my room 10 minutes after arrival. No problems booking in. The beds have duvets and not blankets.

If all bedrooms have a shower and toilet. Because a bit inconvenient, going down the corridor. I have stayed in a premier class in for about the same price, with shower and toilet.

Great value for a nights sleep near the ferry. Safe parking and a good nights sleep. Shared bathroom and toilet but I knew that was the deal.

Secluded, but easy to find. Secure parking. Modern and seemed recently refurbished. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good shower, but not in room. Easy check-in.

Nothing! As long as you know what an F1 hotel is like and don't expect too much!

Graham was great!! Very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get in late at night. Also quick to respond to messages. I feel like the location is excellent, being close to train and bus station too.
