The staff were so delightful and accommodating. The champagne was delicious The breakfast spread was excellent, even having gluten free and dairy free options available to hand

It is right next to the motorway and depending on the side of the building you are in when the weather is warm and the windows are open… if you are not used to the sound of traffic nearby you could find the traffic noise disturbing at night/early in the morning. The large family room we stayed in was under the roof and faced away from the motorway yet had full sun all afternoon and evening and would I imagine get quite hot in summer. It was already rather warm in May.

It's a bit difficult to find because it's in the back of the industrial/shopping area but once you're there, there's plenty of parking. The food is lovely. Breakfast and dinner are both plentiful and there's a good range of dishes. The prices are very reasonable and there's outside space to dine and sit, as well as in the dining room. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time and we will be returning.

The beds are quite hard and the rooms aren't the biggest but at the price we paid, it was amazing.

We have stayed here often on way north to Chunnel which is 3 hours away. It is dog friendly. Now under new management as Didier has retired. Christelle was very welcoming and made sure everything was good for us. Dinner was excellent with the steak so tender. I am happy to recommend this hotel for an overnight stop which is excellent value. We will be back.

It’s location is in a commercial estate but that should not put you off. There is a park close by for dog walking.

It was close to Epernay and great for overnight stay. Love having restaurant on sight and bar after a long day of driving. Breakfast was great

No air con (which I knew) but the first room given was on top floor and like oven so was given opportunity to have a smaller room lower floor which was cooler. There was a fan in this room also

No lift… carrying my luggage to the top floor. Need to arrive early or you will need to look for parking nearby… car park was full. Right alongside the motorway (easily heard when outdoors.

I've used this hotel several times over the last few years, usually en-route to or from the channel ports. This time the landlord recognised me and brought me a beer in the car park before I even got my crash helmet off. This is a different sort of hotel, the main difference being the scale, quality and variety of the buffet for dinner (as I'm sure I've commented before). Locals come here for dinner - quite surprising for a hotel tucked away at the corner of a commercial business area, away from the town centre!

Everything really, I was on route from Folkstone in the UK to Switzerland and this was a perfect stopping point for me. The Hotel was a budget hotel on an industrial complex but very comfortable and had good parking at the sides and rear which was good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming even although I was late arriving just before the service was ending and I managed to get something to eat and drink which was great The evening buffet had an excellent selection of cold dishes, including salads, and French pate and Rillettes which I love. There were three hot choices, two meat and one fish at an extra cost.

It was a warm day, and the buffet was open in the dining room and there were a few house flies buzzing and settling on the food, which wasn't great and hygienic although it didn't seem to bother the other diners. The cold dishes should have been protected better or a UV fly trap installed to keep the insects off the food. I speak French so there wasn't a problem for me but the staff only spoke a little English and this may be a problem for those that don't speak any French.

Very helpful and friendly staff at check in and in restaurant, clean room, very big bed, kettle in room. Nice that the restaurant was open for evening meals, free parking.

The evening buffet was a little underwhelming, it needed more of a French style buffet rather than the Asian style which was too fishy, some local salad like lettuce and tomatoes would have been good and something hot like potatoes.

The hotel has recently changed hands but the new owners have already managed to retain the best aspects of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and courteous, the restaurant and its buffet liberte is still excellent and overall the hotel gives very good value for money.

As always the rooms are very clean and a fan is provided. Air con might be a nice addition in future.

Convenient location for discovering the area. Although not the most modern infrastructure, rooms are clean, staff is very attentive and have a lovely sense of humor.

As a small minus, the concept of lounge background music/video projection in the restaurant might benefit from an update.
