Perfect location in Epernay. Very quiet and yet very close to everything. The place and our room (verte) was comfortable and beautiful with some history. The breakfast is delightful. Easy walk to Avenue de Champagne. It is close to very good restaurants… Chez Ali and Heera.

The wifi is virtually non-existent. Not a big problem for us but if you had to work it would be elsewhere. You will need to know some French as the proprietors do not speak English. We made do…

We were able to park our car on arrival which was very handy. Very pleasant couple running the establishment. We enjoyed our glass of champagne. The facilities are very thoughtful - you can help yourself to tea and coffee in a little room which I really appreciated. So many establishments give you one coffee capsule per day in your room. The breakfast was simply lovely. Fresh bread, perfectly soft boiled egg and delicious home made preserves. Very central to walk to the beautiful Avenue de Champagne but be aware most of the champagne houses (and the rest of the small town) are closed on Mondays.

Pretty outside space to sit for a moment for a coffee or drink although it is in the car park - there isn't a separate garden.

A gorgeous, characterful property in the centre of Epernay. Delightfully decorated and very comfortable. We were welcomed with glasses of ice-cold champagne. Check in was easy. Parking was behind secure gates, locked at night. Air conditioning in the room and an extremely comfortable bed after a good, hot shower made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was served in the dining room at beautifully set tables with ample choice of food and good coffee. Guests have the use of a kitchenette equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and a fridge that was stocked with water and milk. Easy to make hot drinks for the room whenever we wanted. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Epernay.

A lovely quaintly decorated guest house with lots of interesting art, plants and decorations. There is a little kitchen available for guests equipped with a wonderful selection of teas. The best of all is the super comfy bed. We were a short walk from the champagne houses so were able to park the car for the duration of our stay and simply walk everywhere. The breakfast was simple and delicious and we had the very friendly host serving us so we were able to chat and ask any questions.

A small point but the room doors squeak a lot.. including the bathroom doors.

It was just all fantastic. Better than we had imagined. We were well received and we were able to park the car in the courtyard. The room was a really good size, well decorated, well furnished and so relaxing. The breakfast was just right with many local, tasty fresh choices laid out for us. With only 5 rooms it was easy to get to know the other stayers over breakfast. The hotel was also in town so the car just had to sit and relax whilst we explored.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Right in the middle of Epernay and within easy reach of all local tourism amenities. Breakfast is amazing - plenty of choice and great quality. Although our room was on the small side - there were quality furnishings & great shower. The owners are very friendly& can speak some English and quite happy to assist you in any way. Parking on site is good.

Nothing could be bettered really. All in all a great stay

Charming Hosts and a quaint B&B was very authentic in a great location. Rooms very clean and tidy and a bit quirky which was fun.

Nothing wrong with a funky bathtub, but would have preferred a shower so will remember to try and request next time. Bed was great but pillows were awful (sorry !!) but the square pillow was very hard and uncomfortable and ended up using chair cushion. A personal thing and if we had got back to room earlier, I would have requested a change!

What a wonderful stay we had. The property is a short walk from the L'Avenue de Champagne. The host was charming and accommodating even though he spoke little English and we speak no French. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and cookies. The room was just as pictured - big fluffy bed and attached bathroom. At check in we filled out a paper with our preferences for breakfast. The host was so friendly and nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

The building is lovely and decorated in a very French historic manner, which was very fitting for champagne! The room (chambre vert) was lovely and felt luxurious - big free standing Bath and beautifully decorated. The location is great - 10 minutes walk to Avenue de Champagne and lots of bars and restaurants, and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. The hosts are adorable!

The rooms could do with a tiny bit of updating/fixing, but otherwise, it was brilliant.

The hosts were absolutely delightful and welcoming. There was a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival, and they helped organise the parking. They were charming and helpful during the entire stay. Our room, Verte, was huge and well appointed, even including an A/C unit. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from and freshly brewed coffee. The B&B has a charming look and feel to it, with plenty of flowers and plants paired with antique furniture & art on the wall. The best part was the walkability, being mere moments off the Ave de Champagne and all the best spots for tastings. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!
