The location of the Hotel was excellent- close to the main bus terminal bus which was only 5-10 mins walk. The bus stops there also provided transport (which was great value) to the Airport and to Ile de Re and many other locations. The Hotel was close to the port which had lots of lovely restaurants, bars, shops and many tourist attractions but with windows closed you didn’t hear any noise outside. There was air conditioning in the room also. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of room. There was a great selection for breakfast and the staff were very nice and friendly. We left our luggage in the hotel storage as we arrived a few hours before check in and also after checkout as we had a late flight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel location is very central yet is not noisy outside at night. plenty of cafe's, bars and restaurants just around the corner and within walking distance. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good without being exceptional.

The rooms are a bit "compact", but generally I don't stay in a hotel room apart from sleeping so as long as that is all you require, it's not an issue.

Excellent location close to the harbour and shops. Very comfortable beds and perfectly adequate room size. Incredibly complete buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Very nicely decorated hotel: modern with a young vibe.

We couldn't get our air conditioning to work, and the central location meant that having the window open was not possible as it was a bit too noisy.

Great location in old town near harbour and lots of restaurants and bars. Good breakfast, regularly replenished but can be difficult to find a seat at peak times. Air con but able to open window. Leftover croissants and pain au chocolate left in reception for guests. Although no kettle in room, tea/coffee making facilities in reception.

Can be a bit noisy as in a busy area if window left open. Only one lift but not too many floors so stairs are an option. Not many hangers or space but there are hooks for coats. Bathroom a bit on the small side but space to lay out stuff. Hairdryer got too hot and switched itself off as it wasnt very effective

The location, the hotel itself and its facilities well worth the money indeed. Fantastic breakfast, eat all you want.

The hairdryer in two out of our four rooms didn't work, the door cards for two out the four rooms didn't work either, when we returned the second evening. The receptionist was very rude to my friend qnd said that it must be her fault, she was using the card incorrectly. Only to find that the door needed new batteties, no apology given, very rude indeed.

The location was good and staff were pleasant.

We went with our granddaughter and had a family room. Felt the room was a bit small for a double and single bed. Also I don't drink coffee and the only tea available in the mornings were herbal teas . No English or Morning tea so we had to go out and buy tea a local cafe. Apart from that , breakfast was good

Very friendly staff and kind to help -- got to the hotel earlier and was able to check in ahead of time and get some rest from an early flight. The reception staff was very friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations and even helped me send my ring forgotten in the room after checkout -- thank you so so much! Very central location and easy to get to places

Nothing -- for a solo traveller everything is great (might feel small for 2)

Centrally located at vieux port, convinent walk to the main sights. I stayed for a weekend with my 70-year old mother and her dog. A pet-friendly hotel.

Good breakfast, but I suggest the addition of some options for people with diabetes such as pain complet, fresh fruit and lean cheese like ricota. The bathroom was very small.

Location was 100%. Breakfast was far more than we expected it was lovely food was replenished all the time, pure orange juice machine, lovely breads and pastries. Bedrooms were spotless, mattress cover was a plastic type which we removed. Need to replace duvets with summer togs they were lovely but very warm. Free tea and coffee facilities at reception area which was a lovely gesture. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Mattress and duvets but they were fine not something I would be complainingbto reception about.

Excellent location, on the bus route directly to/from airport. Hotel was absolutely spotless at all times. Very good continental breakfast. Felt safe at all times

The option to have a kettle in your room would be fantastic. Other than that, everything was great!
