Location was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. The room was pleasant and comfortable (liked the colour scheme), and the kitchenette provided all the basic crockery etc and facilities that we needed. It was spotless and cleaned regularly.

The street cleaning truck that trawled along the street our room overlooked and up and down the adjacent roads everyday, starting at 5am! If you're easily woken by noise than I recommend using earplugs: that did resolve the problem for me and reduced the sound sufficiently for me to sleep through. Not a lot the hotel could do about it obviously....except keep a supply of earplugs possibly! :)

Everything was perfect, that's why I prolonged my stay. It is a good value for money, very clean and the staff is really good. It is ideal for a short stay either for an individual traveller or for a small family. It is near the Old Port, near St.Mary's Cathedral and the Muceum. A big trade center with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea is 5 min on foot. It is a bit further away from the beach(30 min by bus) but if it is not the main aim I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for four nights, and we definitely recommend it to everyone. The location is outstanding, situated in a fantastic neighborhood in the beautiful city of Marseille. It is in close proximity to the museum and a 10-minute walk to the seaside and the old port. It offers easy access to the metro, buses, making it convenient for visiting tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable, equipped with a fully functional kitchenette and a large & clean bathroom. The staff's behavior was also exceptional, and overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

excellent location and very comfortable large rooms. quite spacious and has a lovely bed as well as desk and seating area. its a quiet neighbourhood yet very central and the light in our room was amazing. great aircon and the kitchen had all we needed for a pleasant stay. large bathroom. great staff and lobby area.

whilst this is a very lovely apart hotel there are some needs for renovation/redocration of the rooms - in the bathroom the wallpaper/ backsplash was peeling and coming off and generally looking a bit outdated

Location was perfect for us, really quiet area and walkable to most tourist attractions. A couple of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and only a 10 min walk to Le Panier and less than 20 min walk to Marseille St Charles train station. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious and spotless. Water pressure on the shower was great. The TV didnt work at first, but the staff were very helpful and came to fix it straight away. They let us keep our bags at the hotel whilst we explored on our last day too.

This is basically a hotel room with a small kitchenette. The room was an adequate size and the kitchen was compact. Everything was there. This is an apartment hotel with staff at reception which is helpful. It is well located near the museum and a cathedral. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed Marseille and the location of the hotel contributed to this.

Unfortunately when we arrived our room had some cleaning issues that took a couple of requests to reception to resolve. It was eventually rectified. It was a good 20 min walk from St Charles Marseille station.

Excellent apartment hotel. It's new, everything is very nice and comfortable inside. The number was exactly the same as in the picture. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need for cooking. The room was cleaned every two days. Excellent sound insulation - the neighbors are not heard at all. The room is very quiet. Excellent location: 200 meters to a grand supermarket, near the metro and a large shopping center, around a lot of cafes and bakeries, within walking distance of museums, the embankment, the old port. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Excellent value for money. I recommend it without a doubt

Residhome Marseille was a great hotel to stay for the 3 nights in Marseille. It's newly renovated, clean, good location and the staff were very kind and helpful. Nicole was especially warm and caring. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket filled with goodies and a bottle of champagne as they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary that weekend. Thank you Residhome for a great stay and experience in France.

The only thing missing was an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

location is very good, short walk to the Vieux Port area. Rooms was spotless, very clean and included all you need. The kitchenette area was useful for breakfast and storing cold drinks in the fridge. There is a supermarket next door so very helpful to have it close by for snacks and supplies for the room.

when we arrived we were told our room had been given away to someone else, we were given another room instead, but when we opened the door of that room there were people inside asleep. It was just after midnight, we were late arriving. Front desk resolved the issue, but we definitely frightened the sleeping guest. Also the security deposit of €200 took over 10 days to be released by the hotel back on to our bank account.

Our room, comfortably sized for two adults, offered a cozy ambiance. While space for larger luggage was limited, it encouraged us to be efficient with our packing. Breakfast was a delightful experience, catering to both American and English tastes alongside a fresh continental spread. Given the quality and amenities provided, we truly believe this property offers outstanding value for the price. Highly recommended!

We did find that the electrical outlets were more suited for local devices; however, the diligent and accommodating staff, proficient in English, offered guidance on this and ensured our stay was comfortable.
