Great location, pharmacy & restaurants around the corner.The room was spacious.A short walk to the beach and the shopping district. Easy access to the tram.

The hotel doesn’t have a mini bar fridge in its rooms and after walking in the heat bringing back warm coke bottles, we were denied ice tubes from the hotel bar by the unfriendly lady-Maricelle. Joel however stepped in & saved the day and the lady shouted at him for helping us!

The location is great, a short walk to stops for the two major tram lines, or easy strolling to the old town. The breakfast was relatively simple but fully adequate for a simple breakfast person like me.

The A/C was a bit noisy and the instruction not to change the settings had to be disobeyed to get the room down to a comfortable temperature. I found by minimising the fan speed, and tapping the grill, I was able to reduce the noise somewhat. The double bed made of two single mattresses was just good enough but being a bit old there was a significant ridge in the middle of the bed. Its probably time to swap out the mattresses.

My room was sparkling clean, bright and airy. The staff were always friendly and helpful to this non-French speaker. The hotel's location was ideal - adjacent to the largest concentration of restaurants and cafes in Nice, and a short walk to Old Town and the seashore. This was an exceptional experience, particularly for a budget hotel.

On the plus side, the hotel has a parking structure in the building. On the minus side, the tiny slots for the cars and the narrow lane made the parking process very challenging. It took multiple attempts to simply turn a corner, and inserting the car into its space took perhaps five minutes of back and forth attempts. My rental was a "compact" car. I imagine only a Smart car or an original "Mini" from the 1960s could navigate that garage with ease.

Centrally located and modern near restaurants and bars and closed to the main harbour and trams station - direct for/from Nice airport Tram2. My room was very nice with confortable bed and large TV screen. The staff were very nice from checking to checkout.

There was no box of tissues in the room, but I had my own. The breakfast buffet was OK enough for morning, but no hot food. The fresh orange juice was a bonus. There's no fridge in the room, nor coffee/tea facilities.

We wanted to be near Nice Port so this location was superb for us. The port is just 2 mins walk away, and the old town is about 5 mins walk in the other direction. The dining scene is excellent around Rue de Bonaparte and Place de Garibaldi. This hotel gets the simple things right: Clean, modern, good wifi, comfy bed, spacious room. Breakfast in standard continental. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - and speak good English.

No dislikes. I’d stay here again.

The second room was ok for 3 people. The badroom has a good shower and it was clean. The breakfast is fine with a good variety of choices. Coffee is good. The staff was kind and accommodating. The location is perfect. It is in the middle of everything and relatively easy to find parking in the afternoon. Parking is expensive, so the hotel parking is a better choice for a full day.

We were two different days with 2 different rooms, the first room was too small for 3 people.

Ibis Styles Nice Centre Port is just around the corner from Rue Bonaparte and Place du Pin which are restricted to foot and scooter traffic making this a drinkies and dining safe haven. This hotel gets bonus points because half of the nearby food venues are open on Sunday and Monday evenings. When the water front is booked out, or too pricey, then here's where you should stay. The rooms and bathrooms are modern but small - you won't be unpacking much. Once you're established and you've chowed down at most of the venues around the corner, then stretch your horizon and head into old town Nice (charming, hundreds of years old, a rabbit warren). Continental breakfast is baguettes (plain and chocolate), bread rolls + jams (several), teas (several) and coffee. Taxi fare from the airport to the edge of Nice Old Town is fixed price and then incremental metering commences. But all the streets surrounding this hotel are one way, so be prepared for an indirect journey and increased fare.

Room size is OK (we were 4 persons in one room), bathroom size OK. Location and price were good. Just around the corner there are many bars and restaurants. We also used parking garage, it was very narrow, but it's impossible to park in the streets because all the streets are full of cars, so it was good idea to pay extra for parking. During breakfast they offer many cereals, fresh orange juice, pastry, come cheese and ham.

At breakfast I would like to have some fresh cucumber, tomato and lettuce, then I would be satisfied with breakfast. But breakfast was still OK.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly with good local knowledge. Buffet breakfast plentiful and fresh Wonderful orange press making the freshest juice you could wish for. Located near the Port, Place Garibaldi and Old Town. Close to bus and tram stops for Monaco and the airport. Pleasant, modern decor with bar and food available.

Nothing comes to mind. Perfect for a quality budget hotel

Breakfast was amazing!!! That fresh orange juice machine was a life changer!!! Staff working for the breakfast was kind. Location is also perfect! We also had a car so the on-site parking opportunity was extremely helpful! Plus: The room we had was a corner room so it was spacious! We got lucky :)

The rooms were not clean enough (dust etc.). Towels and sheets had stains on them and did not feel clean at all. Staff at the reception should try to smile.
