In the apartment there was everything you needed and everything was working properly. The room was very clean and pleasant. In particular, we appreciate the presence of the iron equipment (iron+bench) that is not common. The staff provided an additional chair for dining together with my wife and also an additional blanket

A suggestion could be to provide an additional chair as a standard in the apartment. The shower was working properly but the hand shower head was too loose and difficult to fasten. At check-out, we had some discussion about the tax payment. We paid taxes at check-in, but, at check-out, they asked for a huge additional payment claiming for a recent new law. We didn't discuss a lot because we had to take the plane, but we pointed out that we should have been warned about an additional payment at check-in and not at the last moment. In addition, I think that also calculation was wrong and we had paid more than due.

The hotel was ok.

The staff at the front desk was VERY VERY MEAN and UNPROFESSIONAL AND WICKED! I got to the hotel earlier and requested to pay for an early check-in. The front desk staff bluntly told me that I needed to pay in EUR. I had USD. I also had a PAID reservation for 8 days. I asked that she should hold the USD(even in excess) and let me check in then after refreshing I would go change the money from USD to EUR. The last time I checked, USD is an international currency! I was literally shivering, hungry and exhausted from the long flight time but she refused to bulge! I had to wait many hours at the reception for the check-in time because I didn't even know my way around. I will never use this hotel and would never recommend it. Thank you.

I was sceptical at first because of what was written in this website but every thing is fals, I had been in this hotel for seven days with a two years old baby, it was Nice, the staffs are very polite, the breakfast is good i like especially the fresh orange juice, the place is far from the center but very easy for transportation , I tell you bad thing that was witten about the straff is wrong, i dont know What people expect from a hotell if the service good !

I know about the hotel cleaning policy but I think it is better if cleaning materials are in the rom. You Can clean your self if materials are available.

The room was reasonably spacious and good. The cleaning frequency of one week is inadequate. Breakfast could be better.

The cleaning of rooms, is done only once a week. Any additional cleaning is to to paid extra. Rooms need to be cleaned on alternate days or once in three days at least.

The staff at reception were very friendly, the room and the bathroom were big and very clean and the mini-kitchen was equipped with everything you need. You have a bus stop right in front of the hotel with the bus nr 75 which takes you in the city center and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel

The room had a very fragrant smell of Indian spices, like someone cooked a lot of that very fragrant food in the room right before us. The room does have windows but they cannot be opened unfortunately and so that pungent smell was in the room the whole duration of our stay as the room couldn't be vented properly.

The location is away from the center but with very good access. Two metro lines and a tram nearby. The hotel room is well soundproofed. Despite the proximity of the expressway and tram tracks, the room was quiet and peaceful. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. The room and hotel were clean. There is a grocery store in the hotel building and a bakery nearby.

Out of two elevators, only one was operational. Later it broke down. Then a staff elevator was made available to guests. Despite booking a room for two adults and two children, the hotel charged me city tax for four adults. The receptionist saw two children but was not convinced and charged the city tax for four adults. He said he would talk to the manager about this matter, but despite my interventions during my stay, I did not receive any answer or solution to the problem.

The facilities were great and in top condition. All you needed for your stay was provided - the small kitchenette was well equipped with even mixing bowls. Breakfast was great too. Fresh pastries and hot meals. Options slightly limited but very good for a hotel stay. WiFi was excellent, and so were staff. Very accommodating and helpful.

Biggest downer was the location. Quite some distance from major attractions in Paris. There is a Tram stop nearby but its still quite some distance to town. Stayed there during the Olympics so that even added more stress to travel around the town. Breakfast was way too expensive for what was on offer.

Very clean and 1 bedroom was perfect for my family

A confortable bed, a cozy bathub where I could relax properly, a spacious enough room and a decent view

The room was never cleaned during my staying+ I could not open the windows+ the heater was working a little bit weird sometimes. None of these really bothered me so much necessarily as my staying still was pretty good but I had to mention them.
