It was a good apartment with what we needed in a good location in Paris, everything was nearby and we could go to the attractions easily by metro or bus.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a fee if we wanted to have the room cleaned. I was not expecting that. We stayed there for one week and I wish they’d put some cleansers so that we could clean the toilet ourselves at least. Also there were no coffee capsules, we tried to buy from supermarket and it was wrong size, I wish they’d had some capsules in the room at least for the first day we arrived.

This accommodation is located in a beautiful neighbourhood that is about 11 minutes walk to any metro stations in all directions - Menilmontant, Pyranees, Saint Fargeau, and Gambetta. I'd recommend going via Menilmontant as there's a few nice shops along the way. Though, it is quite a steep slope so I wouldn't recommend going via this route if you have luggage. The accommodation itself is quite clean and suitable for single or couple travellers. I was on the fifth floor and there wasn't any view. It also wasn't too noisy (apart from hearing your neighbours entering and exiting).

The layout is slightly strange. There is no TV in the 'living room' and I spent most time in the 'bedroom'. Also, it is more of a studio apartment than a one-bedroom apartment. The shower area is also pretty dark because the light is only at the sink area. As for the neighbourhood, the road towards Gambetta can feel quite quiet and sketchy; so I would not recommend walking after dark. Along Menilmontant is alright.

i would give 5star but something is missing —wine glasses!!!!

very clean, modern, minimal and bright. Surely would more comfortable for a couple than for 3 people. no air conditioning, yet fans in all rooms were provided and it was well appreciated. the sport’s bar right below can be noisy till late ( patrons tend to gather outside), but bearable since we were in town for leisure.

Sewage smell from bathroom ( possibly shower) so strong you could smell it even in rooms.

Located in a cozy,not so touristy neighborhood this Aparthotel was easy to access via metro/bus. We emailed our Id’s some days prior and could access the property with two door codes (one outside & one apartment door).The room was very clean with a small kitchen fridge, cooktop, microwave/oven, kettle, Coffee machine,Hair dryer and even a flat iron. The location itself has many different Shops, Cafes,bars,restaurants and grocery stores. Very friendly staff and easy communication (if not in person) via text message in English.Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The studio was immaculately clean, light and airy with handy amenities like the hair dryer, iron and fridge. The beds were really comfy, and you’re only a 10 minute walk from the cemetery. Other touristy locations are easy access via the metro. We arrived early and our train back to the UK was late and so we were able to store our luggage in the luggage room. There were decent restaurants and bars near by. The host was very responsive and check in/ check out was really easy.

The hot water was a bit haphazard on our first day, however this did improve when we messaged the host

The hotel is a short walk (10 minutes) from the Gambetta metro stop with lots of restaurants, bakeries and specialty foods along the way. There is a mini-market just a few meters away as well. The kitchen was well equipped with a modern microwave and a capsule-type coffee maker. The water pressure was just fine and hot water was never a problem. Some bodywash and shampoo in pump bottles were provided. Towels were clean and easy to find. The place could easily accommodate three people, but I was traveling alone this time. Although I didn't meet the staff in person, my text questions were answered quickly and clearly in English.

Not the fault of the property, but major renovations were being made to the adjoining building, so it got a bit noisy. However, having lived in Paris for many years, I was already accustomed to this sort of thing, so I shrugged it off.

The apartment was really spacious, and very clean! You could easily stay there with 3 more people. The apartment was equipped with everything you need! There is everything in walking distance, like restaurant, super msrket, pharmacy etc.

There was some construction work noise during the day which was annoying. And I didn’t like the area that much! But since I was alone and use uber only, everything was fine.

Wonderful apartment, perfect location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Check in with seamless with codes etc sent prior to arrival. Plenty of eateries and bars nearby for lunch and dinner. I seen someone report noise from nearby bar during the night however we heard nothing at all, it was a lovely stay and very peaceful! The sports bar next door does really lovely pizza and cocktails too! Wasn't too far a walk for the metro station to get to the main Paris attractions. We asked for fresh towels via booking messages and the girl came within minutes with a bundle of fresh towels for us! Could not fault this apartment at all! Merci beaucoup! for a lovely stay in Paris!

Nothing to fault!

well, maybe this is what Paris is like, the size of the apartment is small, the elevator starts from the 1st floor so you have to go up the stairs first, and the elevator is very small and can only accommodate 1 person with 2 suitcases. But the apartment is nice and clean, and they provide all the necessary equipment. The location is quite pleasant even though it is a bit far from the city center, but the transportation is easy and comfortable. However, it is also a bit troublesome for those who are not used to the uphill and downhill roads.
