We stayed here for 1 night as a family of 5 on a stop over for our trip down to the Dordogne. The room was huge, nicely decorated and I would say looks much better than the photos on the website! We were really impressed and couldn't believe it is only a 2 star hotel. Very good value for money. The Bathroom was also lovely. We had the breakfast in the morning which we felt was more than reasonable for the price we paid. The gentleman who showed us to our room and served us breakfast was friendly and polite. We would not hesitate to return here and would definitely recommend to others.

A quiet and comfortable stay. Easy access to town and leisure facilities. Lovely community lake and cafe within walking distance. Just what you need after a hectic drive. Very comfortable beds,good access for anyone with disabilities.Great bathroom and toilet access for a wheel chair . Very obliging staff, interesting rugby anecdotes from the proprietor.Would definitely use again as an excellent stopover traveling to and from South west France and Spain.

Would have liked an outside seating area on the court yard.

Not far from the motorway. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel in an old part of Saint Averting with excellent parking. A few minutes walk to the river and interesting local shops. The Staff were friendly and helpful (particularly so as I needed first aid after a fall). Great value fir money and I would definitely stay again.

At first glance my room was a little tired and the stair covering needs a small repair.

The size of the room was great for a family, the parking is very convenient and the bar/ restauramt it is quite good. Lovely hotel for a stopover.

The roof of the room and skirting boards in the toilet need to be painted.

Perfect for our family on return route home via Eurotunnel. Good communication on locating keys on arrival.

Breakfast good, but would have liked a reduced rate for infant and younger child as they don't eat much and 9euros a head for continental breakfast for family of 5 is quite expensive.

We spend just 1 night, but it was perfect for our family. We liked the private parking and the kitchen which had everything a family needs.

The room did not have enough fresh air when we arrived at 9pm.

This was a return visit as the hotel is ideal for a stopover. Clean, convenient, friendly owners, great location. The on-site parking is particularly convenient.

This is a functional hotel and does what it does very well indeed.

Great location a few mins from a main motorway in a quiet a really pretty suburban town. Nice walks and a park very close. Plenty of off road parking and it's quiet as the rooms are around a courtyard. We arrived on a Sunday when everything was shut but a pizza place opens at 7pm only 30 secs walk from the hotel.

Easy to find, great location. Welcomes dogs. Parking immediately by room in courtyard. Lovely restaurant and close to river for walks etc. Clean modern room.

Extremely kind staff who interrupted their own lunch to find something for us to eat as we arrived at 14:30 when kichen normally shuts. It was much appreciated after our long drive from the south. Not too far from the A10 motorway so a good stop on the way down south or returning north.
