Great location , minutes walk from restaurants etc . Car park underneath. Easy to park motorcycles outside front door ! Stayed several times since 2015, not luxurious but functional , comfy and clean.

Great Central location. Easy to find. Secure parking was great. Guy on desk on arrival was very helpful as we're the morning staff. Breakfast included was a bonus and delicious. Great soundproofing. Didn't hear a sound from within the hotel or from outside. No problem accommodating dog

Room was fine even though it is small. Breakfast had limited options but is value for money. The location is close to the train hub and is very useful for arriving there late at night or having an early start. Security is good especially where a key card is necessary to use to lift. A small kettle for coffee / tea making would be helpful.

All of the receptionists were extremely friendly. Kindly, everyone spoke English so we were able to navigate our stay with ease. The location was perfect for us! Towels were provided daily by the lovely staff.

I do wish there was tap water available to drink. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty.

Very close to the station and congress hall. Not very nice neighborghood but convenient as very well located (next to the very heart of the city. Descrete staff.

The access to the hotel with the car isn't convenient, the street of the hotel isn't very nice/welcoming.

A bit too close to the railway tracks leading to/from the station but with the windows closed and with reduced traffic overnight it wasn’t a problem

Very central and really good value for what we got. Room was big and cozy. We booked a twin room and were given a three bed. Very safe too.

No hairdryer. And bathroom walls were dirty. Additionally the duvet could do with a refresh as it was very yellow...

Location is perfect, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff, air conditioning is a great plus

The room is on the smallish side, the distance between a bed and a wall is about 50 cm, it took a great effort to pull a small suitcase to the other side of the room. Shower cubicle is about 1m square the most. if your companion is a big person, look for a different hotel

The location and the price of the room. First time visiting Tours and we loved it. There was a vibrant atmosphere in the evening when exploring the city centre. The local kids were friendly and invited our son to play football with them in the park!
