The staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and all of them spoke English. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and cleaned when required.

The room was very cold at night, and we were told that they couldn't increase the temperature in the room, as it was controlled at reception. However, we were offered a blanket. The hotel restaurant did not open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. This meant we had to travel out to get something to eat. The room was described as a superior room. However, it was very small, and the tea and coffee facilities were not suitable for 2 people.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had booked 3 rooms for 7 people, 4 adults and three children under the age of 6 years. The hotel ensured our rooms were in close proximity of each other. A cot and a high chair were provided by the hotel. There was good communication from reception in terms of our arrival. There was a safe and secure car park. The hotel and our rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good, with a variety of choice for the adults and the grandchildren Check out time was also at 12 midday which meant there was no early morning rush when organising young children.

The only criticisms we had was that the bathrooms, although very clean, were a little tired and dated. They were also quite small. There was also no evening meal facilities, but, there places to eat within a short distances of the hotel. However, our use of the hotel was for an overnight stop to break our journey up, and the hotel met all of requirements in that area.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was comfortable as were the beds. We had Dinner in the hotel where the service was excellent. The menu featured an extensive choice entree, a decent range of main courses and varied selection of desserts presented as a buffet. All excellent value. Breakfast was similarly satisfying in choice and quality. This all added up to a pleasurable and restful stay over on our journey south.

Our main issue was the accessibility of the location but that was perhaps because we tried to avoid Rouen itself as we travelled south and our SatNav led us through a very convoluted route. The redeeming feature was the countryside was beautiful and an area we may go back to.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who helped us book a taxi. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant breakfast (good coffee!) and breakfast room with lots of lovely natural light. A great place to stay for a wedding nearby.

The only slight negative was that the room felt a little dark, but this is a very small complaint!

Easy to find with a big, fenced car park. welcoming staff. Clean, modern rooms with en-suite, kettle and coffee provided. Nice and quiet during the night, just 18euro Uber to the Cathedral and the centre of Rouen. Good comprehensive buffet breakfast.

Rooms are small but functional, breakfast could be a little earlier, at 8am on a Sunday there was quite a queue waiting. Restaurant open but only due to a private event, seems it is normally closed at weekends, nothing much else in the area.

Very friendly helpful staff Clean room, basic but had what we needed for family stay over. Good location, and easy to find. Nice varied choice of deserts and starters on the dinner menu. Sensible price for dinner charged, and house wine was nice with the meal. Shower was good. Has a large car free park.

Room was warm, and had to put the curtain over the window to keep it open. Had the 3 course dinner option, which had a good selection of deserts, but main was quite bland.

Very good food both the restaurant and breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very lean

The bathroom had a smell on arrival but once we turn on shower it dispelled the smell, was probably a dry trap

Very welcoming receptionist and Christmas tree! Quiet hotel and no road noise. Secure. Large enough room, warm and comfortable. Accepting of dogs and there is a park near the sports centre for a walk, easy access to motorway.

There are not many accomodations nearby Rouen in a reasonable price. This one exceeded the expectations. Although it lies at the citys suburbias, it is quiet, offers a lot of free places on a car park, and serves very tasty dinners! Really good place of a stop-over in Rouen.

A big whole in a road just in front of hotel's parking gate could be fulfilled with concrete ;-)

Breakfast was lovely. Good choice for continental excellent coffee. Just right.

The restaurant was closed on Friday night, so had to find something else. We drove 350 miles that day so on site dinner would have been good.
