Situated in quiet area plenty of free parking. Rooms were spotlessly clean even had 2 pillows on the bed a kettle tea coffee cups . Lovely big shower with hot water and hairdryer . Breakfast plenty of choice and as much as you want great value . Staff couldn't have been more helpful and always smiling . All in all a lovely place to stay would definitely recommend we will be going back .Thankyou.

Parking right outside the room, we were given a ground floor room to be closer to our motorbikes, service incredibly friendly, big bed, good size bathroom, lovely shower, brought us extra towels and pillows on request, nothing was too much trouble.

One of the bathroom lights was flickering on and off but this was seen to within the hour. Some noise from people walking in the room above but thats to be expected.

Everything especially the breakfast. Staff encouraged me to book breakfast on arrival and assured me it was good value. They were absolutely correct. So including the room and breakfast our stop cost a lot less than £60. The location is about 100mts off the main route we use on the way down to Spain. The area is a little industrial but don't be put off by that as its not an issue. Rooms are cosy beds very comfortable and there was no noise at all. All in all an amazing find at incredible price. We also used the restaurant for an evening meal. This was above average for this type of establishment at a below average price.

I arrived late in a sunday, and the very kind receptionist, Charlotte, remained to see that I could access my room, and although the building appeared to be having renovations, the room was very clean, simple and no noise, the breakfast was served very civally, it was sufficient, clean and covered all tastes

For a cheap industrial park hotel it was amazing.. I’m used to these types of places and you get what you pay for, but this was next level! Well worth a stay!

The cleaning was ok but not great… but again you get what you pay for. It was clean, but not 10/10 sorry.

3rd visit and once again room location ideal for 2 adults plus 2 dogs. Two dog bowls plus puppy pad provided (although not required in our case was a thoughtful extra) Good to be informed that due to exceptional circumstance that reception would be closed between 2-4pm

We’ve eaten at the onsite restaurant previously and ideal for us as we have dogs. Sadly they did not have a chef the evening we stayed (we understand this is a major hospitality issue these days) but it would have been helpful to have received notification (as they did with reception closure) prior to arrival that the restaurant would be closed so we could make other arrangements accordingly.

Very clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Can be noisy if people arrive in rooms above you late at night. Bed springs could be felt - mattress toppers would help to make it more comfortable.

Comfortable beds and good shower in motel style accommodation. Decent restaurant and possible to reach Rouen centre by public transport (train or bus)

Looks very tatty from outside. The rooms are better than expected but not cleaned to the highest standard.

Our car broke down just outside Rouen while returning to the UK. Our car had to be towed away for repair. Considering that we did not know how long we would be without a car the staff were wonderful and bent over backwards to help us . They even helped my wife set up a Uber account so we could get transport in and out of Rouen. Nothing was too much trouble. We were there for 4 days in the end and the staff made a bad situation for us so much better. Thank you Adrian ,Mathieu, Claudette and the others whose names we did not get
