The location was perfect to relax and see the lake, but near enough to Annecy to see the old town. Manuel on the front desk was amazing he sorted out my booking error and was so helpful all the time we were there. Breakfast was exceptional and the 3 course set menu in the evening tremendous value at only 25 Euros. The pool was fantastic and great to use even in late October.

Rooms were a little small and dated. Bed was firm and mattress a little lumpy. Had some bad nights sleep.

The view from the room, deck, sauna and pool was incredible. It was a peaceful stay. The breakfast was excellent. The walk into town is pleasant, however driving into town and parking is quite difficult. It was perfect for a weekend trip.

The online communication could use some improvement. The staff were really friendly and helpful in person but I kept on having mix-ups online. In one case, I had checked in and received my key in the afternoon. At around 10 that evening, I got an annoyed voicemail and email saying that the check in is closed and that they would have to make some special arrangement to get me my key. It was if I was inconveniencing them. Very odd.

The hotel is beautifully situated at the shore of Lake Annecy, only a few km from the town Annecy. Everything was clean, staff were friendly, beds comfy and the view from our room was stunning (lake view with snow topped mountains raising right behind it). The breakfast room/restaurant has the same few - spectacular. There were enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel. We also liked the fact that there is no road between the hotel and the lake, just a bike & foot path, so it was nice and quiet at night.

Generally a bit overpriced. The one rather old elevator is very small and claustrophobic. To get to reception one has to climb some rather steep stairs - not easy with a heavy suitcase. Nobody offered help with carrying luggage. The hotel charged 15€ extra for the dog per night but did not even provide a feeding/water bowl.

some areas smelled moldy and like cigarette. I think the place can use some upgrades like removing the stained carpets from the rooms.

The scenery from the room was fantastic, and I walked down to the lake. Food in restaurants is gorgeous, albeit limited options in fabulous panoramic view. Room with juliet balcony was clean, well presented as publicised. Comfortable bed.. Would definitely return and look forward to seeing the pool finished. We arrived early, and they let us check in as the room was ready.

No milk in rooms, haur dryer wasn't very powerful but i am being picky, it was a lovely room

The hotel location and view are amaizing. The breakfast is nice. Quiet room with a great bathroom. Free Parking. The front desk and breakfast fast were polite and friendly.

The parking is small and get full very fast, expeciality during the evening when the hotel's restaurant is open for everybody.

Location was beautiful room had a fantastic view of the Lac. Breakfast was very good plenty of selection and an amazing view. Bar area outside was lovely and very clean.

Will be fantastic when the construction is finished and the pool is complete. Will have amazing views. Could do with some hotel bikes to use as it’s on the cycle path. You can hire but quite expensive.

we love this hotel and this was not the first time we stayed at the Beauregard Hotel. Always stay in rooms 404, it is just perfect for the family with kids

i found a toilet missing on the 2nd floor : ) Jacuzzi was closed because of the pouring rain, we got to return again

The location was incredible, we had a lake side room which was 100% worth the extra, stunning views of the lake and a large balcony to sit and enjoy a coffee on, mini fridge in the room so bought some wine to enjoy in the evening. Perfect. The hotel is about a 40 minute walk from Annecy town, which was lovely, slightly off the beaten track but direct lake access in a lovely quiet spot. Highly reccomend

the view from the restaurant for Breakfast and dinner was breathtaking. was in a great location for us to walk to Annecy and swim in the lake.

room was small and dark we stayed for two nights made it a bit cramped. if stayed again would book a lake view and bigger room.
